Intentions do not matter. This is why you are getting as much backlash as you are. All that matters is how your actions impacted somebody.

The only reason why people were afraid you would have committed suicide in the first place is because you explicitly brung it up for leverage. Otherwise, no one would have been afraid of something so severe over a misunderstanding. It doesn’t matter what happened- you should never, ever, use suicide as a way to gain the upper hand in an argument.

The only person receiving consequences is you, because you deserve them. So, perhaps take your own advice.

You do not understand where you went wrong, and this entire response shows that. Also, it shows that you only care about your public image, because all of this contradicts what you have said in your post on Instagram. Also, blocking me there for simply pointing out inconsistencies is not going to help with that.

If you read my explanation, you will see that I do take accountability for my immature and petty reactions to the situation. That does include the suicide "threat". However, to clear it up, I did not view what I said as a threat. It was something my dad would call "killing a fly with a bazooka" It was a dramatic and unfair attempt at humanizing myself specifically after being told I was a disgusting person for being a r@pe victim by a mod.

While I cannot remember the exact wording, I said something similar to: "If I were to kill myself, do you still think your actions were justified?"

I understand now that it can be very scary to have someone seemingly threatening suicide, and I'm sorry for whoever was affected.

Despite this, I strongly believe that all parties involved should have chosen their words more carefully with the acknowledgement that everyone involved is simply human.

It doesn’t matter if you didn’t say this to someone directly, but it was still related to the situation. And, it was directed towards it publicly where people involved would see it. And, I hate to be the one to tell you this, but this is holding suicide over somebody to gain upper hand in the argument. It doesn’t matter if that was your intention or not. It was still threatening.

You’re still holding suicide over somebody here. You’re insinuating the idea of killing yourself over the situation, which is a method of manipulation and is emotional abuse.

You do not take accountability in an acceptable way in your explanation. Refer to my comment on your Instagram post for specifics about this.

It does not matter how you personally view a threat. No one cares about your father’s sayings. If you’re going to make claims attempting to back up holding suicide over someone, you should provide proof, especially since you had never spoken of being called disgusting for being a r@pe victim and is only being brought up to justify something wrong that you did. Again, as I said in my comment: Trying to gain sympathy to justify your actions is not an acceptable way to take accountability.

Again, you are using deflective language. “-scary to have someone seemingly threatening suicide.” You are the only one who thinks it was not as big of a deal as it was. Downplaying it with words like this, simply because you personally view a threat differently, shows that your apology is not genuine and that you don’t fully understand the impact saying something like that can cause. If you’re attempting to apologize, at least say their name. Be direct.

Hey, guys!! I wanted to let y’all know that I probably won’t be making Sanders Sides art or uploading on here for a while. I’ve been incredibly stressed recently trying to move out, cutting contact with a parent, starting college, and my own medical issues. Drawing is an outlet for me and my own coping mechanism, but it’s also been stressing me out because I’ve been beating myself up over not drawing Sanders Sides as much as I used to. So, I’m trying to get rid of the feeling that I HAVE to, and just draw what I want. I might make a second Tumblr for my other works, but I haven’t decided, yet.
