⌠ ☾ ⌡—‣ Usamaro curled against his chest, head burried in the cook of his arm as he took careful steps behind Takeru. Was he purposefully doing his best to remain silent? No, but the delicate moonbeam was accustomed to being quiet as to not to disturb anyone. He had to when he took notes in class or read in the library. Thoth was not one to upset in his own domain under no circumstance.
Fingertips brushed the green jacket of Takeru Totsuka, catching it's hem and gently pulling to get his non-sibling's attention. He hadn't had time to converse with the sea god in days as he had been so busy for finals. He had grown lonely all by himself.
"Totsuka Takeru," his unique voice rung within his own ears as he broke the silence of the elongated hall.

⌠ ☾ ⌡—‣ Seated perfectly postured in a neatly carved wooden chair, Tsukito quietly jotted down in neat kanji notes on the particular chapter of a book he was studying. It contained detailed information on the seven seas, including sea levels, average water temperatures, and common aquatic life found.
The brightly colored sponge of a student worked diligently in peace. The information was unnecessary for his daily life but he found himself intrigued by the data he was collecting as he filled up his little notebook. So fully was he engrossed that he hadn't even noticed that his stomach was growling and his mouth was rather dry; he had forgotten to eat again.

{ ☾ }; Despite being the quietest of the lot of them, Tsukito did speak when he thought necessary. Stepping up to the bench fully, he looked down at the lone green bean. Did he know Baldr was here?
"Megingjord Thor, have you been here long?" Ah, yes. A simple start to conversation.
Here the quiet ones contemplate and think in the silence that oh so enveloped them like a cloak. Quiet, without the noisy ones -read the rest of everyone else- and the god of thunder merely nods back and sits on the bench. He should be looking for Loki again soon, it didn’t occur to him though that he could have asked.

[ ☾ ]; The pale little moonbeam hadn't even realized that he was a year older. Gods normally didn't pay attention to that sort of thing, unless you were like Zeus, pretentious and narcissistic. But this knowledge was held onto in a different sense, Tsukito understood that. As he was spoken to, the contact between them spreading warmth through his skin. He was shocked that Takeru remembered his birthday, but at the same time he really wasn't. The tiny firecracker was a lot more personable and caring then anyone would ever know. It was a well known fact for Tsukito, and he felt thankful for having his non-sibling in his life every day.

Ears listened as sweet heartfelt words were spoken, his stomach doing flips in response. He never expected anything, nor would he have ever asked for anything. Despite his life being turned upside down multiple times by being pulled from universe to universe, Tsukito was content. No matter where he was or what sort of situation he was in he knew he would be fine as long as Takeru was by his side. He had no fears when he was with his other half-- the one who gave him purpose and understood him like nothing nor no one else could.
The necklace that was produced from cotton pouch made the moon's pupils dilate with shock and wonder. The blue stone shone brightly like the surface of the sea when touched by the moon. Fingertips reached out to caress it's cool surface. It touched his heart, along with the admittance of such affection. Yet, how could he put what he was feeling into words? How was he to communicate everything he wanted to tell Takeru, his precious person? He hadn't the slightest of clues. All of the books and notes in the world couldn't prepare him for what he was experiencing at this very moment, let alone verbalize it.
Heart pounded, stomach flipped, and fingers trembled. What was this? He had felt admiration and love, but this took a step further than what he considered 'normal' affections. It flooded his system as the blood in his veins pounded throughout his circulatory system; enveloping him in an indescribable joy.
With lack of knowledge on communication, Tsukito acted based on a information gathered on silly magazines he had read through. Hands slipped to cup cheeks, thumbs wiping away rolling tears. Tsukito dipped his head down and captured twin tiers with his own, breath hitched in his chest as he attempted to pass on the message his emotions were coming up with.
Contact was parted, lips a hairs breath away as Tsukito whispered, "I love you, Takeru."
Thank you, for everything.
{ ♔ }; Well, it’s a certain someone’s birthday. Someone who is immensely important to this small sea god. Many, many years have gone by, and I mean many. A millennium worth. Yet, each time February 12th rolled around, Takeru was prepared to present something to his brother, and remind him how important he is. So, once he had spotted the other Japanese deity, he placed a hand on his shoulder and turned him around to face him, a small smile already beginning to turn up the corners of his lips.

“Hey, Bro… ya’ know today’s your birthday right? So, first things first, happy birthday! You’re getting pretty old, huh? Well, we were technically born the same day, but ya’ know. I, um… I wanted to make you something, but I really couldn’t due to the lack of a beach in this damn place. So, I had to cheat my way around a bit and buy the pieces to this and put it together myself. I know it really doesn’t mean as much, but it’s something, right?”
Small hands held reached into the pockets of his jacket, searching for the gift mentioned prior. Ah, there it is. Pulling it out, it was a necklace with a dazzling blue stone at the bottom. It wasn’t the same as making it, but it was all he could do.
“Happy Birthday, Tsuki…. another year you’re in my life means another year that I can rest assured that I don’t have to be alone… That maybe there’s some hope that I can bring myself to trust someone, and that someone can trust in me. You’re the only one, Tsukito… the only one who doesn’t see me as some sort of animal. I couldn’t even begin to put into words how much you mean to me, and how much I appreciate you being here with me right now still.”
Leave it to the big baby to start tearing up, sniffling audibly as he wiped at his eyes hurriedly. Despite the tears welling up in his eyes, a large grin spread onto his face.
“I love you, Bro!”

tsukixkari started following you
Ah, the quiet ones have appeared, all they needed was Hades to be complete.
[ ☾ ]; The quiet ones, indeed. Seeing Thor was quite a surprise. So there were more of them here in this universe. Long violet lashes kissed pale cheeks as eyes closed. Tsukito dipped his head to Thor in greeting. He actually didn't mind the norse god's company. He never asked unnecessary questions or made ridiculous demands.

Chiyo took the opportunity while she waited for the gale to die down to think of something to say in response. Even in the midst of her random outburst, she couldn’t find the proper words to reply with. It’d been a strange notion for her to even call out to him to begin with, something nearly uncharacteristic that she never would of done back home. Though, now that she had a moment to reflect on the situation, maybe that was precisely why she had acted as such — because she wasn’t in the comfort of her own world and wasn’t sure how to react to others here.
Would that been enough of an indication as to why she’d suddenly reached out in an attempt to converse?
Nevertheless, she couldn’t of been honest and told him that she’d simply called out to him because he’d reminded her of someone she knew. That was just strange and given the circumstances, she was sure that such a vague reason would of been rejected. To add insult to injury, upon closer inspection, she noticed that this young man and her beloved looked nothing alike. Even someone with the poorest of eyesight would of been able to see that there was no similarities other then perhaps the rather nonchalant, determined air they carried around with them.
Even then, he seems completely different.. Chiyo glanced up at the taller male, drinking in his appearance before her lips parted. Even if she had no idea how to respond to him, she still had to say something. Standing there staring at him wasn’t going to warrant any reaction and if it did, he probably would just of been annoyed and pressed onward without waiting for her to reply.

”.. No, there isn’t a problem,” she managed out, trying to calm the nervous tone of her voice. She had to make up some kind of excuse or something or else risk the chance of looking like a complete lunatic. She didn’t want to end up being labeled as some of these other strange characters that Nina and Aichi had warned her about. “I just.. er.. are you busy? I’m wondering if you could please show me to the..”
Another pause as her cheeks flared up, unable to think of something off the top of her head. Quickly, her eyes darted around before they landed on the outskirts of a cafe where an outline of a book hung with name written in neat cursive. It was a long shot, but she had to give it a try —
”.. The library? I’m not really sure where it is..” she replied, feeling a bit more confident now that she’d settled on a destination. “I haven’t really been here all that long to pinpoint where it’s at.”

[☾]; Arctic wind cut through his clothing and chilled him to his bones. Tsukito had past the point of shivering, having been out in this weather for quite awhile now. It was quite a trip to get to the library considering he often got lost on his way unless he was paying close attention.
Fingers released violet fringe and retreated into his pockets where they had a better chance of not becoming frostbitten. As he waited for his answer it seemed as if years passed by, but the reality was that it must have only been a few moments before he was given his answer. But during those lingering ticks of the clock, Tsukito was able to judge how much shorter this girl actually was and how very bright her hair-bow was.
The polka-dots were plain but the color jumped out against her equally bright hair despite their similar warm tones. As words began to pour past her lips, cold honey hues looked to the woman's face. He watched as lips formed words and concentrated as syllables were strung together to form sentences.
"Indeed. I could."
Head turned to look up the street, the direction Tsukito had previously been traveling. "It's this way," he spoke into the wind with his regular gentle monotone. He would show her with no problem. The slender robotic-esque moonbeam had no problem helping. He didn't even see it as helping. He had information. She needed that information. It was simply another person walking the same path as him.
The lack of emotional understanding would work in her favor, as he hadn't taken care to notice her pause of nervousness and embarrassment. Without much clue, he turned and began walking the same way he had previously, more or less leaving her just standing there. If she wanted to be shown she would follow, of course.
The little less than mild weather pushed a gentle breeze through the streets, caressing her hair and lifting it upwards to dance beside her face. The sensation brought on a tickling feeling and she quickly worked her digits through her hair, smoothing it down so as to not look too disheveled. In turn with the fleeting gust, bright, polka-dotted ribbons swayed to and fro. And even though the sun was shinning as brightly as it ever could of been, the crisp winter air still caused her to shudder against her better judgement.

[☾]; "You may be correct, since it seems to not only be a singular occurrence."
Tsukito worked best in ways in which to solve problems. He lacked emotional capacity, which made plenty of room for logical thinking and action. This was a situation in which he would thrive, well, if he managed to not fall asleep in the road.
A small note book was produced and the name was jotted down as he listened. Splitting up could prove dangerous as of right now, so staying together as Baldr suggested would be the best course of action. "Hive City, I see."
"Hringhorni Baldr, I accept your proposal. I will bring Totsuka Takeru with us to explore and investigate, as well," the robotic monotone went on to say.
"When, where, and what time would you this event take place," Tsukito waited at the ready, pen in hand. Notes were a very important thing.

"I found myself in a cold place with a speaking image, as well…""I wonder if everyone in this city was met with a similar setting when they arrived here. Perhaps it is a common greeting, when one moves into such a place." He nodded thoughtfully, regaining his composure a bit. "I am well… and I arrived just recently, within the past month. I am not sure of our location, however. But I believe this place is called ‘Hive City’. Its architecture is indeed reminiscent of a beehive, at times. It is fascinating, yes?" He smiled a bit. "And perhaps if we continue searching, we will find the others… would you and Takeru like to join me?"

[☾]; "There was a passing shower," Tsukito replied. Taking one more lasting glance at the orange orb, shelter was taken advantage of. A few feet away from the tree he sat, heels dug into the earth and forearms atop his knees as he waited out the drying of his coat.
He had read in a book that beautiful sunsets were a product of the suns reflection off of exhaust and other chemicals that permeated the air. How disgusting, despite it's beauty. He once killed a goddess for being anthing but pleasant, but that was a long time ago.
"This city is filthy."

Raging sun shines, obliterates everyone’s sanity with no effort. Even he could get mad over the seemingly-everlasting sun. He shouldn’t waste time hiding his presence within the shadows of mother nature, but it is necessary as of now, besides, the place is calm and adequate. It was under his own assumption that this stranger would do the same, basic logic. Ebony tressed being shoved backward to satiate the need of fresh air, “ It has been quite a while since I last encountered a sun like this. Would you not have water on you, right? ”

[ ☾ ]; Steady hands helped keep Takeru balanced as the sea god struggled to his feet. He took this as his sworn duty, to get his brother cleaned up and in bed safe and sound. He deserved to be warm and comfortable, even more so due to the injury.
"You don't need to thank me."
Carefully, Tsukito kicked off his slippers and stepped into the tub with his sock clad feet. All he had to do was get Takeru sitting and then he could turn the water on for him. Honestly, he probably didn't even need to help his non sibling wash himself, but he planned to do it anyway. It was how he showed worry and care; doing extra unnecessary tasks.
