The excitement when you go to grab a mug and find one of yours ☕️ never gets old!! People think I'm crazy, but if I could I would relocate today. This place is quiet and beautiful. Like REALLY beautiful. We ate at Maggie's diner yesterday, cash only. And I'm pretty sure there is one stop light here and the fire department is volunteer. In the next county over we ran a 5k where the cold froze my lungs but we finished!! I certainly had the GREATEST meal ever!! At the Firehouse. Owned by a Richmond fireman who geniusly stuffed a smoked jalapeño sausage with pulled pork and covered it in sauces that were way too good!! We listened to an amazing blue grass band and stumbled upon a coffee shop and tap room that made homemade ice cream. I can see a store front with all our prints along with my favorite hand made shops, right next to Grandmas sugar shack. But until then, THANK YOU JESUS for using Instagram to introduce me to truly the most wonderful friend and twin mama, @cynthia_andcompany !! She has shown me incredible hospitality and filled my cup over flowing. Along with having one of my mug in her cabinet. ☕️ cheers!! What an ENCOURAGING reading this morning!! Another month, another book. This month we are traveling through Romans. Paul reminded us this morning that we have a PURPOSE, we have AUTHORITY, we are CALLED!! What is this purpose, authority, and calling all about?? The GOOD news, Jesus, who was BORN (merry CHRISTmas) into the line of King David, shown to be the Son of God when He was raised from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit. He loves us, He calls us to be His own holy people 🙌🏻 Let's do this!! Let's set out today with our purpose ready to be executed. Let's plant them seeds with a heavenly mind. W I S D O M Doing my morning study of Proverbs and I am HUMBLED. The Lord will meet us where ever we are. He has given us all the tools and resources to live a life pleasing to Him and to protect us from ourselves. But all too often it is easy to rob ourselves of those blessing and dive in to our day, forgoing precious time with our 1st love. >> This was almost that day<< But instead, 19:2 "enthusiasm without knowledge is no good; haste makes mistakes." 19:8 "to acquire wisdom is to love oneself; people who cherish understanding will prosper." 19:27 "if you stop listening to my instruction, my child, you will turn back on your knowledge." ... What is really more important then GROWING in grace, wisdom, and knowledge? Daily bread is daily. Just because you ate yesterday does not mean you're full for today. ... I'm so very excited to share the new line with everyone! So much has been poured into it. But this mornings study was a huge reminder that it is ONLY possible because I have finally learned to slow down and WAIT on HIM AND HIS timing. D A I L Y. Who knows all we miss out on when we miss our time with HIM.

S A L T Y I'm learning more and more what Paul was saying in Romans 12:2 Do not conform to the patterns of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what Gods will is--His good, pleasing and perfect will. . I'm alright with being a Jesus Freak!! I'm alright with the fact that when people are around me they tend to watch what they say and apologize when they curse or says crude things, like immediately. I'm alright with being called out when I seem to start to lose my "saltiness". I'm in this world but I'm not of it. Truly trust the Lord and pick up your cross daily. Be BOLD in allowing your conversations to reflect your love for Him. Speak life. Build up others, instead of tearing them. Draw attention to the Lord, rather then yourself. And SEE! See where He leads. See the mountains He moves.
