if i had a nickel for every time a tall blonde with long legs from a small town in pennsylvania who grew up lonely and had a string of failed romances and heartbreaks that left them disillusioned with love was swiped off their feet by a beefy 6'2 dude with the initials t.k. who they met in their mid 30s and works in a traditional macho profession and who accepts them with all of their baggage and is so adorable he's got the blonde taking part in sports for him and who's showing them what true love looks like i'd have two nickles. which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened to taylor swift and evan buckley literally around the same year.

the worst part about grief is that it feels like the world should be horrendously earth shatteringly changed, and to an extent it IS but its also the same. to everyone else it's just another tuesday. the world moves on. you have to go grocery shopping.
