I haven't drawn any big digital art pieces in months 😅 But then I played Mouthwashing back in November, and it kinda changed my life. It's been rotating in my brain constantly since.

But after like 2 weeks of on and off work I finished my first fanart piece 🙏

I recognized that these two showed fawning trauma response signs when I read their dialogue, so I did my best to portray that dynamic between the characters in a metaphorical sense using animals.

Could you perhaps draw Curly wearing Jimmy's clothes and maybe Jimmy catching Curly wearing them? I have a headcanon that Curly is obsessed with the smell of Jimmy (because he loooves him ahaha) but is embarrassed about it (or the other way around would be cool too since Jimmy has more pride and would be even more embarrassed if Curly caught him sneaking his clothes) *staring respectfully with my big wet eyes*

- The first time Curly saw Jimmy put on a ponytail for PE in high school, he had a lot of realizations about himself.

- Curly's love language is physical touch. He greets his friends with hugs and shows his support with comforting touches like a hand on the shoulder.

- Jimmy tolerates (secretly loves) it. What he doesn't tolerate is someone touching his hair though. Not even Curly.

- Curly would absolutely love to practice braiding on Jimmy but what can you do.

Whatever it be that made Jimmy decide to get all lovey dovey, Curly's totally into it. Even if he prefers to have it rough, the romanticism of it all really gets him going.

Curly's often putting Jimmy first when it comes to sex, and I think this would open his eyes to the importance of prioritising himself. Turns out it feels great to be taken care of.

Jimmy likely outwardly presents it as some kind of a favor, something to hold over Curly's head, but deep down he just wants an excuse to show his love, as corny as he sees it as.

Curly:

Curly would never just spring this on Jimmy, it'd have to be talked about first. Likely Jimmy's idea.

Jimmy would have a grand good time too. I think getting pounded until his guts remember the shape would help drive his internalized bottom shame away. It'd also give him an excuse to be as loud and expressive as he needs to. All a win in Curly's book.

And if Curly gets off on being a little mean and taking his frustrations out on Jimmy, that's a dirty little secret he'll take to the grave. Outwardly it's all "well if you want to babe."

Personally I prefer him being jealous of Curly rather than like posessive-jealous over him.
