"Oh!" Stiles spun around, blinking in surprise. "Sorry, I wasn’t - well, yeah, I was staring but it was just - I mean you look kind of familiar?"
Stiles stared. “Claws? Are - does that mean you’re a werewolf?” Although he’d never met a werewolf who was so open about being one. Even Red was - well, he only knew because he knew Emma and Snow. There was Derek, of course, but he wasn’t exactly a werewolf. Or was he? Stiles wasn’t totally up on the terminology.
[[okay so I’m trying something new and creating a second OUAT verse for Stiles - info here - x - but it’s cool because they wouldn’t have met before anyway since Stiles didn’t get out of the Castle much.]]

"Familiar how? I don't think I've ever seen you around."
Werewolf? Did she look like some sort of hairy beast to him? She'd have thought that even human eyes could tell the difference between a dog and a cat. Though it was entirely likely that he wasn't what one would call 'human'.
"Werewolves aren't the only creatures running around with claws."

I strongly believe that the muse each mun interacts as becomes a part of the mun, and I know that I feel very sentimental towards how my muse is presented.

It had hardly been by choice, that the angel had found his feet set to the pavement beneath him; wings trembling and short of breath. That chaotic storm that had sundered the sweet sanctity of his idle flight had taken him by surprise. Momentum arrested, he had all but been torn from the sunny skies, cast down through the thickened bands of cloud cover to crash in an undignified heap upon the outskirts of town.
It had taken him some time to assure himself of his safety; esconsend within his own private impact crater - listening to the complete and utter silence that surrounded him - no tell tale crash of approaching footfalls, nor the throaty rumble of vehicles.
No. The angel had been downed, but it would seem that whomsoever - or whatsoever - had done so, was biding its time.
Aching wings and all, Castiel had determined at great length to flee the scene of his arrival, hauling himself from his hole to shuffle stiffly into town.
Time would come to see him seated upon a bench, forearms braced against his knees as he sought to piece together the fragmented shards of a once great mind.
Fingers slipped smoothly over his own forehead, wishing - not for the first time - that what blessing of mercy he was able to grant to the pained or ill, were workable upon his own being.
At the very least, stem the surging sensation of nausea that was clawing at the back of his throat.
The trail ended with man, neither young nor old but timeless it would seem, bent double on a bench just outside Granny's. Sarabi approached him on feet that made no sound, each and every muscle taut and quivering with anticipation. Of what, she didn't know, but whatever it was she'd be ready.
Of in the distance, a clap of thunder tore open the skies above the forest, and for a moment golden eyes were drawn upward and ears trained on the sound. It wasn't storm season for another few months yet, and all at once she felt edgy. Something was wrong here.
But there was a more pressing issue at hand. Whoever--or whatever--it was that had found himself with his elbows braced on his knees on a bench in the middle of town looked as if he'd been through Hell. The lioness couldn't see his face, but she was familiar enough with power and energy to know that his was damaged. Drained. Though the air still pulsated and rippled around the space he occupied, he looked all but ready to faint.
Surely he'd been made aware of her presence by now, and still he'd made no move against her. She was inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt, though her dagger would remain within reach. Besides, what sort of lioness would she be if she allowed him to suffer alone?
"Are you alright there, stranger?"
Though it was painfully obvious that he wasn't, she needed his attention before she could do much else.

The brunette carried a take-away box filled with a couple of sandwiches, in the other hand there was coffee that had been ordered at the diner. Ruby knew that she would have normally had gotten another person to deliver the orders that were phoned in – but today that other person had called in ill. It was something that happened a lot – but Ruby knew she was just as capable of walking a couple of blocks to take someone their order.

“Hey,” Ruby smiled as she looked towards the blonde that seemed to be getting hell from the paperwork that was piled upon the desk she was sitting at. “I’ve brought your order.” It was an assumption – Ruby didn’t take the order, she just grabbed the bag and the coffee and looked at the address. It could have been anyone in this building she supposed; but well they would see, she supposed.
“I’m Ruby.”
The scent hits her like a brick and she remembers. What she can't remember is the last time she'd slowed down enough to eat anything, and the rumbling growl her empty stomach makes then is positively predatory.

"Right," she mutters wearily, her features relaxing in favor of a small, tired smile. Ruby's always been kind, and though she can't place it, Leona senses something in the girl that draws her to her. The same sort of wild gleam in her eyes, she supposes, but the sensation is always fleeting. She can never catch it in time.
She rises from her chair, taking a moment to indulge in a long, languid stretch, stiff joints popping here and there that have been locked in place for far too long.
"Thank you, Ruby. It's a pleasure to meet you. I'm Leona."
