Weird ass idea but- hear me out-

Basically, Villain Phil, Hero Technoblade and Wilbur and civilian, innocent Tommy- both Phil and Tommy are Elytrians (or Avians, depends- maybe an entire different species like Phantom or so)- Techno is a Brute (obviously) and Wilbur can be whatever your mind can conjure up.

So-

Phil, Techno and Wilbur fighting- destroying the streets, making buildings go up in flames, the usual- they come to a standstill- Tommy, behind Phil with full bags because he just got groceries, Phil noticing him, letting his defensive stand fall and clasping his hands behind his back, Tommy just staring at him and then both of them abruptly breaking out into a conversation- they talk in their mother tongue (ancient Enderian) with eachother- Techno and Wilbur having no idea what they are saying and just dead ass confused to the maximum also being unable to do anything because woah! There is a wild civilian on the loose talking with the number 1 Villain for no apparent reason, if they attack, who knows what will happen! Scary!

Meanwhile Phil and Tommy are just talking about their day because their goddamn Instincts decide to act up a bit and basically start screeching:

Phils: Woah! Hatchling, young and fragile- lonely looking? Company!

Tommys: Woah! Elder, Protector- need to talk to Provider! Company!

And then they just have an entire productive conversation for about half an hour and then they start walking away because Phil wants to make sure that the Hatchling gets home safely.

Meanwhile Techno just thinks to himself:

What the actual fuck did I just witness???

And then it starts happening more often and wouldn't you have it- after researching for even the slightest bit of information, Techno and Wilbur finds out that Tommys dad is actually Phil and then they find out his civilian identity and then they have a crisis about it.

No idea what happens after that though.

Welcome the villain duo WitherBlade and The Angel of Death, with their sidekick/spy Tommyinnit.

So the idea behind this that I will write out soon, is that Tommy and Philza were kidnapped by Techno to be used for ransom, but somehow it turned into Phil becoming the man's partner in crime, and Tommy the civilian spy. I feel like the best thing about Odypendio is that Penelope and Diomedes are both feral and they'd be bonding over it.

Like, Penelope is Spartan guys. If she ever met Diomedes she'd be "Oh my Athena, Ody you really have a type."

While Diomedes is all "ODYSSEUS WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME YOUR WIFE IS SPARTAN AND LITERALLY FIGHTS LIKE SHE'S DANCING?! THAT'S AWESOME!"

(Headcanon that Penelope is so damn refined that she looks like she's doing ballet while kicking someone's ass. She just couldn't fight the suitors because of the laws of xenia, but she'd been tempted to toss a spear at Antinous's head more times than she can count)

Whether or not Pen and Dio also fall in love depends on you guys, but either platonic or romantic Pendio would absolutely get along so much because of that (they probably also love sparring with each other + Ody)

Odysseus is just happy that his two favorite people are getting along because he was kinda scared they wouldn't. This is one of his idiot moments, because holy Athena how did he forget that his two loves of his life are literally willing to fight anything on sight?

Plus, Diomedes has immense physical strength, and Penelope can weave like there's no tomorrow, they're literally just two parts of his other mom mentor, Athena.

Telemachus just loves that he has three parents now.

The Breakup

Sorry for no updates…..hells happened but here’s a continuation from the field trip turned Odyssey. Once returned from their journey, the academy returned to peace. Oinops and Pathoseus have their cute dates in the market. Patho talked briefly about wanting to send a message back to his sister at home, she deserves to know that he’s still alive.

The unopened letters | Pathoseus’s past

That night, Oinops was dragged by his friend to the art class to find the missing gold glitter. They accidentally stumbled upon Pathoseus’s piles of unopened letters. Oinops refused to read them at first because he remembered the two times he Pathoseus mentioned his sister and refused to talk about her. But alas they did.

The letters, all of them were sent by Pathoseus’s younger sister, Apatheinia. The letters detailed her finding out he has been seen by some of the acquaintances near the academy ten years ago. She talked about her life , her struggles, their past. They can see her spiraling in to despair the later the letters. She blamed Pathoseus for leaving her. The letters that were once sweet and nostalgic turned in to her bitterness grief washing over.

And without Pathoseus reply, She fully believed that Patho is dead and she is just pretending to send all these letters to her ‘brother’. For 13 years she’s been sending letters to no one. Little did she know that her brother is very much alive and just too scared to open any letters from her.

In the final letters, that were sent not long ago. She mentioned herself wanting to come to the academy to fully accept his death. As a final farewell and to move on. (Hence the Antigone reference used in the final letters)

Caught red handed

But with loud commotion in the art room, Pathoseus came in to check and found out that Oinops (and his friend who is still looking for the goddamn glitter) opened his letters and rummaged through his stuff.

He’s not the type to get mad. But this was about his sister. And all the stuff he made clear that he would not want Oinops to invade. Now, that trust has been broken to pieces.

Pathoseus is completely livid.
