made steamed eggs (the korean variety) for dinner because it was simple and easy to make. so simple and easy i will tell you how to make it.

HOW TO MAKE STEAMED EGG (or Gaelanjjim (계란찜))

recipe:

2~3 eggs

a bunch of cut up leeks/green onions/whatever the fuck you call it there

100ml of water. or basically like a little bit of water

a pinch of salt

sesame seeds (OPTIONAL)

sesame oil (OPTIONAL)

ok heres how to make them:

crack open and mix the eggs

add a pinch of salt and mix until well-scrambled

put the mixture in a small bowl/pot that can be microwaved, then cover it's opening with a plate/lid

microwave for like 3 minutes, but every one minute take it out and mix it up.

when the 3 minutes are over put in leeks and an itty bit of water. mix well.

throw it back into the microwave for 3 minutes or however long it takes for the mixture to become big and puffy.

top the now steamed eggs a little bit of sesame oil and sesame seeds
