whilst watching the new ep i didn't actually know who daemon was being fed bs by but BOI

I was honestly a little scared the writers would take on rhaenyra being daemons daughter (ew) , but now I think what they've taken on now is MUCH, MUCH worse. so in the scene we get to see daemon being lied to about his kingliness or wtvr (obviously delusional) proceeding with the reveal that he was in fact eating out his mother?!?! my question is

wtf

did he actually?

why was this necessary?

now on to alicent and cole

Cole is too scared and too stupid to be kings hand, or make any decisions in battle . the new Matt Donovan at this point, when will it end?

I find it hilarious that alicent thought any of the MEN on council would be ok with her taking over the throne AGAIN. her hypocrisies also wreak of stupidity (besides the fact she raised aegon and aemond), she made a point to put down Rhaenyra in council and then acts shocked when she too is put down by the council. its almost like alicent believes its her cunning that persuaded the men, like she's oblivious to her own misogyny.
