bokuto koutarou

his loud giggles filled the air, as a snowball flew past his head. in a rush, he ducked behind his wonky snow fort to protect himself from your (playful) assaults.

" oh kou~! " you snickered.  " come oooout "

a single chuckle was the only response he gave you. pouting, you call for him once more.

" kouuu- " you were suddenly interrupted by a fast moving object.

WHACK

koutarou's childish, yet endearing laugh was all you could hear. it filled the air with a cheerful tune to it. usually, hearing the ringing sound would make you sport a matching grin, insides melting at how sweet sounding his happiness was, but now, standing with a face full of snow, all you could do was shriek at the icy sensation and jokingly tackle the unsuspecting koutarou- as he was too busy clutching his stomach in laughter.

toppling over, you ended up on top of the golden-eyed boy, face flushed from the snow attack and from the close proximity.

you felt a spark of electricity go off as you gazed deeply into his loving honey eyes. everything about the way he looked at you and from the pure wholesomeness of the previous moment made you feel like you were in a whimsical romance movie.

it was one of those heart-filling moments in which both parties felt an otherworldly, most heavenly connection. as if tied to your pinkies was a deep, vermillion string that led to the other. and that no matter how far one half was, that string would always lead them to their lover, until they were once again one whole piece.

the warm atmosphere of the living room was accentuated by the dim lighting of the vanilla scented candles.

soft melodies fell from your mouth as you swayed from side to side, keiji following your motions in tow.

oh, how you wished for this serenity to last an eternity. how you wanted to plead with time to stop, if only for a moment to savour moments such as these and never let go of the love you felt, nor lose the emotions brewing deep inside of you.

feeling keiji's large digits press into your waist, you clutch on his ebony hoodie, laying your head on his chest.

the pure sensations of comfort and safety flooded your system. The world felt so unimportant and trivial, how could it not when a pair of dark, loving eyes were gazing at you like you were the most paramount being to him, a treasure that should be kept safe at all costs.

it felt nice to be a priority. it felt nice to be loved.

breathing in his scent that consisted of coconut and fresh pine, you felt at home. this is where you belonged, in your beloved's arms, and swaying to silly hums.

the homely environment felt inside the dimly lit apartment instantly comforts you, providing you with a shelter from the hostile weather outside. the orange lighting creates a cozy atmosphere in stark contrast to grey sky outdoors, covered in a thick layer of clouds - a prevailing threat that it should start to rain at any moment.
