Hi! i was wondering if being in the discord group is required for joining, I think this sounds like fun and im interested in the twitter part but I don’t rly like joining big servers or ones w people I don’t know :(

Joining the Discord group is not required. It makes certain aspects easier, however.

Our current members host longer "thread" form RPs there that are then cross posted onto Twitter as screenshots, so to take part in that you would have to reach out to people through DMs.

When we have big "in person" events, they take place over Discord as well. You can still participate by tweeting your character's interactions during events. However, you would not really be aware of what other characters are doing unless you're communicating with people through DMs.

Future Activity Requirements

Hi everyone,

We’d like to announce a change to the rules we think everyone should be aware of. Right now, our activity checks require at least 1 tweet a month. That will be changing: As of next month, we will be updating the minimum activity requirements to be 10 tweets a month or 4 longform thread posts a month (or a combination of both!) for full characters, and half of that for gimmick characters.

While we want to keep the group casual and not be too strict about activity, we also want to ensure that there’s some interaction going on and that people are playing on all their characters at least a little bit.

Since this month has already started, the change will go in September 1, meaning the first inactivity drops under this rule would be October 1. That being said, we will monitor activity throughout the month and will let you know next activity check whether or not you’d have hit the threshold for the current period (August 1 - August 31).

We understand for new members and those coming off hiatus later in a month that this might be daunting, but don’t worry! We won’t be as strict on you. The requirements for New or Returning Members are as follows:

1-9th: Full activity (10/4) 10-19th: Half activity (5/2) 20th+: Exempt
