THE ANGST GUYS THE ANGST THERES SO MUCH ANGST I NEED THE ANGST-

They really set off the mood in the first 5 minutes with future Leo getting stabbed AND showing blood like what

Them turtles all got so much angst and so much cool stuff and I'm all for it

I wonder if Donnie ever gets his shell back- can turtles regrow them?? Did he technically lose a body part?

And Raph,,,oh why must you be subject to all the pain

(They said, pointedly ignoring Leo's multiple injuries)

And dw, I haven't forgotten about Leo

I need to find leo angst fics IMMEDIATELY I need to satiate the VOICES!!

so uhm. Yeah. This show was pretty good (I am lying, it was amazing)

Random thing I realised while writing this is that Mikey is ridiculously overpowered- this guy has thrown a literal TRAIN.

Every day, be thankful Mikey chose to be kind.

Oh Raph I feel so bad for you

Imagine being the oldest sibling,,,you can't show any weakness cuz you got to be strong for your younger brothers,,,

As much as I like Splinter, he...wasn't really the best dad imo. I mean I think Raph was more present for his brothers than Splinter ever really was for all 4 of them (atleast until the actual show), and like you can see how that turned out- Raph thinks he has to carry the whole weight of everything on his shoulders and he doesn't display any sign of emotional vulnerability atleast until Finale Ep 3 where he finally breaks down and actually cries

HE'S NOT ALONEEEE YOURE NOT ALONE NONE OF YOU ARE ALONE AUGHHHH

And the Foot recruit is called Casey...hm...

I love how they just warmed up to their great grandma within 5 minutes of meeting her they're so adorable

AND THEN SHE DIES.
