the thing about marcus is that he has a Joker™ persona, hes got a Sick And Twisted Cicle Path™ persona that he uses to do terrible things (like yknow mutilate ppl) but bc said things never leave a scar (as in, anything he chops always grows back, and all the scenes he does are kinda over the top in a movie villain kinda way and can pass as literal nightmares and nothing else) he can separate himself from it. However the moment anyone insinuates that hes still like, a bad person, he gets very defensive, and the moment he starts catching a whiff of consequences and the illusion breaks he'll drop from the face of the earth for some time (and ultimately come back worse 😔💪)

#jontim being political uncles to the adopted daughter of their dear friend and The worst motherfucker ever is also kinda funny #mostly bc they both managed to get out of the institute. AND also elias is blind by the end of that story #its a Whole thing. anyway.#amelia and kiera were besties as kids but bc Circumstances she moved to the country and they dont meet again til later in life #kiera briefly knew marcus (& elliot ig) as a teen and bc hes the only avatar she knows she thinks hes cool (hes not) #when they're older amelia & kiera have a little toxic thing going on i mentioned previously that judge jury and executioner thing? yeah #tim and marcus had a past Thing before marcus moved away + the danny thing happened #they met again around s1 but around s3 elliot goes to the institute to leave his statement abt marcus w/o knowing that tim worked there #basically because jon (and bc elliot) now tim hates marcus so marcus Hates jon (and briefly breaks up w/ elliot and has a whole side story #w/ june) and #again. its A WHOLE thing that too

love making ocs that have some relationship w/ canon characters its like yeah sure they have their whole story but most importantly they're side character's on my ocs lives 😤😤😤
