SOMEWHAT. Sorta. Theyre "reset" every time they get recycled but they still retain some memories from the previous reset, enough to where they still remember Generally whats going on. on top of that since they all use the same ichor they have vague, muddled memories of the other toons

OH VERY SECRET. every time theyre killed they get sent to "time-out" which is this big colorful goofy machine that just crushes them to death and then uses that ichor to remake them

i actually dont know what happened to the old human staff.... I dont know if theyd be around any more. The handlers def not, but the founders *maybe?*

Hey, um, I have a question, what would happen if gears ACCIDENTLY will broken or stopped (or both), is toon's life will come to the end?

Nope !! at most it would just hinder their ability to move or operate and it would hurt really bad but like. I dont even know how youd kill one of the tos!toons... Youd have to rip them open and scrape enough ichor out to the point where they dont have enough in their bodies to be sentient
