Champ design?

Looking for someone to speak to about making champions, I’ve always liked tossing around champ ideas myself and I’d love people to discuss it with or maybe even make champions together? If you’re an artist who’d like to draw custom champs I’ll goddamn marry you XD

I was thinking AP would work better for him but Liandry’s/Rylais might be op? Probably not considering those are expensive AP items and he’s supposed to be a tank so he can’t buy them both.

Okay scratch a lot of the previous. New passive, generator on his back deals radiant damage per second. He has no mana, he builds “Excess power” per second and upon a minion/monster death. ((minions granting the least obviously, then small monsters, then large monsters. Epic monsters and champion kills/assists max out the power bar.)) Radiant damage is increased with power, using a spell at 100% power consumes the power and increases the spell effect. Depending on what he deals damage to with his passive, he gains power. Minions, small monsters, large monsters, then epic monsters and champs. His passive has slightly larger range than Sunfire.

Q, Thrown projectile that has a set number, example number being 500. It deals a set damage per target, let’s say 100 in this case. Any damage left when it returns to him, he’s healed for 50% of it. Example: It’s thrown at 4 people, 100 damage per person, and with the max of 500 he’d have 100 left, so he’s healed for 50 hp. This would be his main damage and waveclear, but it’s also his sustain, so he has to pick and choose when to use it and what for, as he’s quite vulnerable when it’s on CC.  His 100% power Q is that it fires without going on CD, only using up his power.

W.  It uses up all excess power, gaining a shield scaling with power spent, and having effects based on % of power spent.  If used at 25% or higher, he gains move speed, if used at 75% or higher, he gains perhaps increased resistances or a damage reduction for a short time, and if used at 100%, the shield will explode dealing damage scaling with AP and slowing.

E, Dash to minions or champions on your team. The dash does not place you at the target, but flings you past them a bit; the closer you are to the target when you cast it, the farther past you go. If used to a minion, it generates no power, but if used on an allied champion, it generates a lot of power, something like 50% so he uses it as a combo enabler of sorts for engaging teamfights or ganking. If used at 100%... not sure yet, will figure out.

Ultimate, buffs next spell. Buffed Q fires multiple of them, probably increasing with ult rank? Or maybe it always fires the same amount of Qs but the Qs become empowered at higher ult ranks? Ultimate W spreads a fully powered W shield to all nearby allies, as well as giving them your passive radiation field that shares damage with yours, damage does not stack. Ultimate E, dash to a targeted area, knocking up and then slowing enemies in a HUGE area, but the damage is rather low with a bad scaling. Hello everyone!
