Seasons 2 is coming and I lowkey feel bummed that adam isn't alive. Ik we'll see him next season but idk about seasons 3 and 4

I keep rereading the one healingriff fic I somehow found (I’m so happy grrrrrrr)

And I just love this idea of this dynamic between the two hhrrrrr. It's fully not explored in the fic (it’s honestly a crack fic lol) but I love the idea that Raphael feels deep emotions through adam

Raphael, being a healer angel of the mind body and spirit being in a constant state of nirvana and peace, almost apathetic at times till he feels emotions vicariously through humans (having the ability to feel and sense the pain of others around him)

Humans have deeper and more fluctuating emotions and Raphael gets to experience it through Adam i just hhhhhhauajhwj and Raphael gets attached to these new emotions all good and bad and I AIANAHWJWJWJW

and about their parental figures well, I would say alts relationship with his dad is a little bit more...tense

I hold some fondness for adalith I’ll be real :’) both platonically and romantically and enemies too. Complicated adalilth my beloved

I just think whatever dynamic they have or could have is so so interesting

Like being in proximity or time in general that makes them talk to each other. I like thinking about them mostly as an odd duo that sometimes gets along strangely despite earlier conflict (an everything, they hold like this really weird civility after Lilith enters heaven) or they just spat but it doesn’t escalate as much as someone think it would. I don’t think either of them are good people either

But I’ve been kinda thinking for some Adam and Lilith that Adam’s memory of Lilith is very warped after everything. He remembered her more akin to her more present look rather than she actually looked back then.

Actual past Lilith is a bit tanner, warm toned and a bit more round, she’s got brown eyes that have a bit of blue that make it kinda purple. But Adam remembers her as paler, thinner, and sharper with straight up purple eyes. He remembers her as more mature or older? Idk more sharper features cuz he’s convinced she’s always been evil and scheming. But really she was more bright eyed and wanted more. I like the idea that Adam was more curious of the garden and Lilith was more curious of the outside. One grounded and one who wanted to explore more.

He sometimes does truly remember Lilith, her when they were first made and he can’t really believe it’s her cuz he liked her frfr. And vice versa for Lilith, she remembers Adam more like he is in the modern time, the version he loathes but sometimes does remember a time where she genuinely did like him. They do miss that version of each other a lot they just won’t admit it.

Idk if I should make azrael butterfly or dog themed

As you can see I’m adding animal features to my archangels

I wanna do a butterfly cuz they represent resurrection and you might have seen around the angels with butterfly wings instead of bird wings. I have also yet to do a bug related theme (az would be a mix of bugs but mainly be a butterfly. Might add some locust and cockroach features too) I feel like this would be crazy cool to do. I think bugs are hella creepy but also creepy and I need that vibe for Azrael. He’s pretty at first glance but you look at him for too long and it gets a bit uncanny

But I also wanna do a dog theme since they’re associated with the underworld. I wanna base him off a xolo dog which are thought to guide souls to the underworld. Azrael is a psychopomp meaning he guides souls to their death so you see the parallel. (Xolos have a striking resemblance to Anubis too so you see where I’m going with this) and the dog theme connects to Raphael who is associated with dogs and I just think the healing angel and the death angel is a fun dynamic (life and death yayayay)

I stuck between epic cool slay design and then epic awesome cool symbolism

I can’t promise I’ll commit to whoever wins I just wanna see

Whatever loses will be what I make Dumah based off of (I need to bring him back)

I love adams gold wings but I lowkey like the idea of him being peacock themed lol

Make him more flashy and the main colors of green and blue would tie him to eden more lol. Flashy but still earthy so they remind you that hes the first human.

Like to think he walks more than he flies like a peacock. They are known to roam and walk more but are still capable of flight, albeit limited

And lowkey Neal's hera is also inspo. That part in god games where hera appears and her handmaidens are basically her feathers. To die for. I think it would be cool for a peacock themed adam design lol
