All was calm and peaceful in paradise, like usual.

Yet you felt unease overcome you, as you snuck off of these lands. You held a secret, a secret bigger than paradise itself. You made your way to a cave, being hyper aware of everything around you, like a deer knowing it’s being hunted. You slipped into the entrance of the cave, the darkness making it look like it went on for miles, the only light illuminating the cave was the light from the outside and the soft pink light from the crystals. You began to amble forward, before calling out.

“Blixer! I’m here!”

You stumbled back slightly, as a large figure emerged from one of the caves canals on the floor. You let out a loud breath at recognizing the other.

“Jeez….you can’t just do that..”

You heard blixer let out a deep, raspy chuckle, pulling himself from the hole, standing up in a mighty stance, like he always did. He shook his head slightly, his floating horns matching the movement and his tail giving a very gentle flick, before he began approaching you.

You took a few steps his way and as he laid a clawed hand on your shoulder, you leaned into the touch. He loomed over you, planting a soft kiss on your forehead, you let out a little giggle at the feeling.

“You’re cute when ya giggle.”

He responded to your sound, you tilted your head and let a teasing smile, appear on your face.

“Aweee~ really?”

He let out a huff, a blush beginning to softly lace his face. You couldn’t help but feel a bit proud of him for actually getting so much better at loving.

“Hey.”

You spoke, your voice made it clear you wanted his full attention. He recognized that tone rather quickly, and turned his head down to look at you.

“Hm?”

He hummed, his head tilting to the side slightly and his tail flicking softly with interest.

“I’m proud of you…For getting better with this…I know it’s been really hard for you, but you’re getting by just fine…”

You murmured, taking a step forward and bringing your hands up to cup his face. He hesitantly leaned into your hands, his eyes began to go glassy with tears. He lifted his clawed hands to grab each one of your wrists, gently rubbing them with his thumbs.

“T-thank you..”

He muttered, feeling full of different emotions, sadness, happiness, affection, love…It was all so overwhelming.

“You’re welcome, blixer.”

You responded, getting up on your tip-toes and kissing his forehead, returning his action from earlier.

“I love you so much, blixer.”

“Love you too, [Reader]”

I watched as my little boy’s hands grasped at the red paint bucket. I couldn’t help but feel hesitant by being covered in paint, but…anything to make my son happy.

He set the paint bucket down at my feet, before grabbing a nearby paintbrush, this specific paintbrush being made to paint walls, not people. He dipped the rough bristles into the paint, before beginning to stroke the cold, thick, liquid onto my arm. His little giggle couldn’t go unnoticed by me, and I chuckled in return, bringing my opposite hand to pat his head as he continue to paint me.

“You’re gonna look like me, papa!”

He squealed with excitement as he watched the paint beginning to cover my arm up.

“Heh…Yeah I am!”

I said with pride, and flashed him a large smile.

Around 15 minutes later of his “careful” precision, he pulled away from me, a proud expression on his chubby face.

“I’m done! Half of you is me, and the other half is still you! I didn’t wanna cover my papa up completely.”

I gave him a warm smile, patting his head once again.

“Aww kiddo…I’m proud of you! You did amazing!”

He stuck out his tongue, putting his hands on his hips, standing in a high and mighty stance.

“Of course I did amazing, papa! I’m an artist!”

I laughed, crossing my arms as I looked down at him, playfully sizing him up.

“Oh really now? Better then me?”

He looked up at me, his eyes wide with a glint of mischief.

“Is that a threat, papa?”

I tried to hold back my laughter, but I couldn’t help but cackle.

“O-oh kid, you crack me up…”

He ran forward, giggling, and wrapped his arms around my leg. I knew he wasn’t going to let go, but feeling his little arms around me, made me stand still and just let him hold me.

“You’re not gonna let go are you?”

“Nope! I’m keeping you here forever, papa!”
