Tonight I hit it hard with the incline, it felt good. We also finished the scarecrow for bugs class, it’s awesome. Babe just got home as well after dashing and running errands, so time to cut this post short, see ya!

Tonight we worked on la la’s scarecrow. She has it due this Friday and we just about finished the head piece. Babes put in a lot of work and did the hair, and I assembled the frame and cut out the facial features for the head. I finished the night with a little workout, and some puff puffs off the magic dragon, off to neverland now, tee hee.

Aftershock was amazing! I got to see Thrice, Papa Roach, ADTR and MCR!
& then today I got off early and had my follow up from my 2nd sleep study and now they want to do a 3rd study for ASV testing to see if that’ll sort out my central sleep apnea, ugh. I hope it all works out.
Coco had his follow up as well and he’s doing great. He’s 30 lbs now and working on his words. He had one vaccine done so next follow up he’ll have more.
We also rode bikes again, and bug was able to ride without training wheels. She did such a good job, I can’t wait to get her a new bike so she’s more comfortable.
I also finished off the night with another treadmill activity.

Today I took all of my medicines at once, woops. I think it’s because I’ve been sick the past few days and this morning was just a buzz.
I have my morning and nighttime medicines split up, but this morning I somehow managed to take both of them hours apart. I felt fine the whole day, and now it’s 10pm at night. The only difference is my nighttime medicines work better at night (statins) so perhaps when I took them this morning they weren’t as effective as they normally are. I need to be mindful lol.

Tonight me and the love watched bullet train, it was a good movie, we had a lot of laughs and it was a really nice time. I stayed home today since I wasn’t feeling so well so I was able to make dinner early and we relaxed and watched the movie. I decided to put in some miles on the treadmill and see if that would help with my energy, but that didn’t help so much. I don’t feel like I’m losing any weight either, I need to change my eating habits.

I skipped last night and decided to get back on the horse today. Yesterday was a good time, we had spent the day at a friends house bbqing in los mo and we had some drinks and got home. The kids were pooped and so were we. It’s unfortunate that we didn’t get to ride bikes this weekend, because next weekend we will be busy as well going out of town for aftershock. However on 10/16 I do have plans to go ride with two of my friends so we’ll see how that goes. We did get new pedals and seats so our ride should be super smooth now, and we gotta get our little girl off training wheels too so she can be comfortable on her bike. She’s grown out of it so we want to get her a new bike but don’t wanna get training wheels for it since she’ll be 6 soon. Maybe we’ll get her a new bike on her birthday? That is coming up next month after all. Food for though ehhh

Tonight I hit it a little harder, and felt good about it, had a good time and lots of sweat dripping. I decided that I would watch more dev based YouTube vids to be more productive with my workouts instead of entertaining videos like normal. I watched a software dev talk about his job history at Microsoft and educational dev tips. I think I’m starting to enjoy more dev based work versus sys admin stuff. I always thought of IT as programming when I first heard about it when I was younger. I guess that’s what initially drew my interest. SOFTWARE ENGINEER ONE DAY?

This is from yesterday, I had taken a few days off to rest after overtraining non stop for two weeks. When I started working out again yesterday it was a lot easier to complete the 40 mins. Today I will resume working out aswell, and continue the progress moving forward

Today we got out and did a family biking trip around the park, it was super nice being able to ride bikes and exercise a different way. I have to say riding bikes with the family might be our new thing to do.
After riding for a few hours I decided to still continue hitting the treadmill. I went for 40 mins and had heavy soreness in my legs around my shins. It’s probably because I’ve been consistently hitting the treadmill for the past two weeks, I think it’s time to chill out and take a break for a few days to left my leg muscles heal up. It feels like I’ve been overtraining my legs which isn’t a good thing lol.

Weight and thoughts.
Currently I am weighing in around 325 lbs. my ideal goal weight would be around 220 lbs. I originally planned to drop a lot of weight in time for Aftershock, but I don’t think I’ll attain that goal. I currently started around 330 lbs so I’m slowly gaining traction. I need to watch what I eat and how much I eat.

Tonight I made whole wheat spaghetti with turkey sausage and it was delicious. So delicious that I over ate and now I feel guilty about it. So guilty that I didn’t press myself to do longer on the treadmill. At least on the bright side we have two new matching mountain bikes for babes and myself. I’m happy about that.
