Clara smoothed a hand down his chest and stomach  “Doctor, you are a very handsome man, inside and out.”  She let her hand wander over him but didn’t try to lift his shirt.

"I love you too." He cupped her cheeks.

“Just don’t mistake me for one of your candies.”

"Mhm." He relaxed under her touch.

She smiled and slipped her hands under his shirt to touch his skin.  Even in their dream that little bit of skin to skin contact sent a thrill through her.

"We can do this." He smiled. "Together."

Clara sat in her flat, nervously awaiting The Doctor's arrival. She clutched the plastic stick in her hands, too afraid to even stare at the two blue lines on it. The stick had been one of many, all of which had the exact same blue lines. "If he doesn't want you, I'm still going to keep you." She said aloud, a hand caressing her stomach. "I always wanted to be a mum, so I'm not giving up that chance." (shortandimpossible)

The TARDIS materialised in its usual spot, the doors opening a moment later. The Doctor came out, glancing around for any sign of his Clara. “Clara?” He called.

"Thank you. For liking me." He said quietly.

The smile widened, and he closed his eyes.

"Mm." The Doctor looked down. "Sorry."

“It looks like you walked.” Alice replied bluntly. Her hand twitched towards one of her knives, thinking of what she could do with this man.

The Doctor resisted curling up, and stayed relatively still.
