1) have you ever considered getting any outside help with ZoomQuest (e.g: fans of the game who just so happen to code), and if so, would you be open to people helping out develop ZoomQuest?
2) will there be tools for modding ZoomQuest?

Probably no for both of those questions.
Funne and I have all our bases covered when it comes to stuff needed for ZoomQuest. The closest we would probably get to outsourcing stuff is for a voice actor for Nermal. She talks like a banjo-kazooie character. So naturally, someone's voice would have to come out of her mouth. I don't really know anyone personally who sounds like what I imagine her talking like though
As for modding tools, uh. I use gamemaker. Without googling it I'm not very sure if there's a lot I can do there.
