Closed submissions this morning. There's 92 unique fonts submitted after I cleared the ones that obviously weren't display. I have no idea how I'll prune out the rest. ...so I'll ask you.

I've queued some polls for later today to gauge your opinions on what display fonts are. They all are listed as display by Google Fonts. Don't know if I agree.

Unfortunately, my resumé is in Alice.

Running this tournament introduced me to some good fonts. Now I can make my resumé look 5% prettier.

Google Fonts defines 'display' seperately from 'handwriting', but the former includes things like Josefin Sans (below), which doesn't feel display to me.

I could have a 1-day 'sample round' before submissions to see what you all think a display font is, but ultimately I think I'll have to define it myself.

'Display font' is loosely defined as something you'd write a logo in, but not an essay (so no Comic Sans or Times New Roman). It'd be at most 64 contenders unless the response is massive (the last tournament was 128).
