Pride Month Challenge 25/30 Javyr Lafaelle - He/Him Javyr's always tried to do the best he could for his family. He tried to do the right thing, to keep everyone happy. He thought that if he just tried hard enough, he'd be able to keep his whole family happy and together. Love was supposed to prevail. Unfortunately, love was not enough. His family fell apart around him and he was powerless to do anything but pick up the pieces and try to start over. It was, however, through this restart that he was finally able to come to terms with himself, and how unhealthy the situation really was. In the end, he found that he was deserving of the same love and happiness he always tried to give his loved ones, and he and his children made a new family that was, while a bit smaller, closer and more loving than ever before.

I just spent three hours pulling up carpet and staples for a friend’s home renovation and we all did nothing but chat and joke and have wonderful conversation the whole time.

Helping somebody move or renovate or giving them a ride to the airport is functionally the same as going mini-golfing or playing a board game: it’s an activity that you do that is made more fun by having good company, and which provides something to talk about when the conversation lulls.

Pride Month Challenge 24/30 Erika - She/Her You don't go goth in middle school without getting a couple hundred "it's just a phase" and "you'll grow out of it"s a day. It was good practice for Erika since, as it turns out, neither being a lesbian or her goth aesthetic ended up being phases. And yes, she can see through her bangs. Very original question, that. i'm watching a Deltarune LP in Japanese and found out that Tenna has a cute quirk where he ends a lot of his sentences with でしょう ("deshou") but he combines it with SHOW in English ("でSHOW" or "deSHOW")

I took my little brother (autistic, mostly non verbal) out and he was using his voice keyboard to tell me something, and this little boy (maybe 4 or 5?) heard him and asked me "Is he a robot??" I tried to explain to him that no, he isn't a robot, he just communicates differently, but my darling brother was in the background max volume "I am robot I am robot I am robot I am robot"

Pride Month Challenge 23/30 Kitt - He/Him Kitt is a curious little guy with an insatiable appetite. He's always had a very open mind, willing to try anything once. Granted, he's a bit on the smaller side, so that can get him into some sticky situations, so it's a good thing he's pretty and just smart enough to get out of trouble.
