What even is the end goal of RPF shippers?

I honestly don't understand how it works because if they're not actually dating, then you're just making real people incredibly uncomfortable who don't look at one another the way you thought or hoped they did, and then there's also the opposite of if they were together, they're incredibly public figures who would likely be endangered or uncomfortable being forced to come out as together anyways. It is not your business, nor is it your responsibility to get other people to see "the truth" when the people in the relationship either aren't dating and there is no "truth" or don't even want people to see that truth and are likely stressed that you can "tell". Putting people who aren't gay into an uncomfortable situation for your own personal amusement or endangering a real gay couple that isn't publicly out yet and honestly don't need to come out if they don't want to is not only NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS, but it's also REALLY FUCKED UP.

TREAT OTHER HUMAN BEINGS LIKE HUMAN BEINGS. STOP LOSING TRACK OF FUCKING REALITY JUST BECAUSE YOU'RE IN A PARASOCIAL RELATIONSHIP WITH THEIR FRIENDSHIP AND THEY'RE CONSIDERED A CELEBRITY! THEIR POPULARITY DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO DEHUMANIZE THEM.

BE:LIFT really needs to stop marketing the ENHYPEN boys as "boyfriends".

Honestly, this goes to every company that is out here marketing their groups with very delusional and over the top fan service.

This can be extremely harmful and damaging in the long run. These parasocial relationships are NOT it. These people aren't your friends. They don't know you, and they're not going to date you. I feel bad when the company is dictating their every move and These groups can't stand up for themselves and set boundaries. They are encouraging extremely unhealthy relationship with their fans and in the long run it's not going to be good for ANYONE.

They won't ever be ever to be free and be themselves. They'll have to watch their every move, afraid of scandals and stalkers(which they already have plenty of) and can really make these idols miserable.

At the end of the day, we're fans, and we support them. We are NOT their friends, and they don't owe us anything. More people need to realize this.
