So yesterday my grandparents found a big box of old 78s that they’ve had in an attic for years, and wanted me to transfer them to CDs. Most were in pretty great shape, no cracks and few scratches. Lots of 1930s sweet/hot jazz, British big band & swing and a few Decca classical ones. This one had its label peeled/scratched off on the a side, on the reverse was a Parlophone march.

90% sure by playing it it’s unleashed some kind of 70 year old curse.

This is another post about experiences I've had with the strange or the paranormal in my life. The pictures are simply there for reference, im not vouching for their factuality. When I was in middle school my brother and I lived with our mother in Lakeworth Texas at the bottom of a hill full of apartments. One day my brother and I were outside with the neighborhood kids, when we all heard a dog yipping and yowling coming from ABOVE us, we all looked up to see a GIGANTIC bird that looked like a brown eagle the size of a fighter jet fly over our head carrying a pitbull in its claws like it was a fucking mouse. The dog's protests kept on until the bird cleared the rise at the bottom of the hill, at which time either the wind or the distance ensured we wouldnt hear it anymore. We went to tell our mother but she refused to believe us as we had already gone hunting for the Goatman of Lake Worth and she thought we'd made this bird up. However the following week there was a local news broadcast about giant bird sightings by adults and policemen and she started to believe us. Then one night in a moment of panic my mother called us into the living room. We got there just in time to see the gigantic bird of prey fly across the moon. Then as soon as it had arrived it vanished. That was in 2006.
