The Department of Art at UC Irvine proudly presents UCI MFA 2013, at ForYourArt from June 26-July 10th 2013. Reception July 29, 6-9PM 

Featuring work by Lindsay August-Salazar, Andy J. Brown, Todd Bura, Nicole Capps, Yaron Michael Hakim, Kuan Hwa, Alexandra Pacheco Garcia, Cassie Riger, and Martabel Wasserman.

At ForYourArt the graduates will create a compilation of their solo thesis exhibitions, presenting nine portholes into contemporary interdisciplinary practice. The work exhibited includes political and poetic abstractions, theatrical video installations, critical monuments, and documentation of performance. The MFA class of 2013 represents fresh and diverse approaches to critical engagement.
