(6) Put back the soldering wire and electric soldering iron;
(7) Take the capacitor 2 with the left hand and place it on the circuit board;
(8) The left hand fixes the capacitor 2 on the position 2 of the circuit board;
(9) Hold the tin wire with your left hand, place it on the edge of capacitor 2, and hold incoming soldering iron with your right hand;
(10) Hold the tin wire with your left hand. Weld with the right hand;
(11) Put back the soldering wire and electric soldering iron;
The average time to complete a process is about 27.7 seconds. The efficiency is very low. Workers are prone to fatigue and unstable output. Therefore, the factory found our company and hoped that our soldering robot can solve this problem.
