Was she mocking him? Laughter of derision was beginning to claw its way up his throat, wanting to surface- but not just yet. The silence was holy, golden, and being an entity based on fear and darkness, he ought to break it. All of the sudden, a hand shot out from the shadows and grasped at her throat, how easy it would have been to dig his fingers into flesh and finish with her life, yet he did not attempt to do that, for an unknown reason, he believed she would have been able to stop him, therefore he showed no hostility, only remarked his presence, the distance between the two shortened as the rest of his form emerged from the darkness.

     ‘ There's no time close to death, Death is not incompetent.          When Death comes for you, there's no escaping it.          But tell me more about that time, young human,          entertain me with your story, how come you're alive? ’

If he had lips, a smirk would be nearly cracking his face at the moment. Oh, this amused him, how greatly it did amuse him. Ghostly hands raised into the air and with a quiet whisper which would be enough to make any weak individual go insane from fear, the echo of his voice spread through this forest, a single word. ' D A R K N E S S', and the already dark atmosphere became darker & colder. Nocturne ghosted from here to there, giving the sensation of him circling around her      until he became one with the shadows, and only the lights which were his eyes revealed his presence. Silence. Pure silence. The only noise that could be heard at this point would be her breathing. . . Her beating heart. . . Her blood flowing through her veins.

                  ‘ How calming is thiiis~ ? ’

「 A smirk is present upon the females firm tiers , glove already gripping her shattered sword . ” A wanderer is never lost . ” A simple response , a quirky one at that . Surely Riven had an idea of what she is dealing with but would very much try to squirm her way out just as she always did ; professionally of course . ” The darkness is calming & aids with cloaking a wanted fugitive , I’ve been waiting patiently for the sun to set . ” Which is unfortunately true , hardly is she one to now enjoy the light of day ; perhaps a long while ago but not now . 」
