More ink! I do believe this is how cats are meant to be depicted but damn I am not familiar with ink brushes (?).

So. Um. Indian ink is hard.

Also, as per my line of work I stretch out in the morning always - and I remember my first teacher after high school who told us about how we has to stretch every morning before anything else, she said: A cat never forgets. Stayed with me.

(though seriously stay five minutes in bed before getting up just rolling around and stretching is a good good way to start a day, if you don't I recommend strongly)

I haven't quite enough sleep in me and she has a real peculiar face, so it was a bit of a challenge but she is adorable! She looks a bit wild. Independent and impatient. All the love to her!

Cat #48 Happy Easter if you celebrate!

So I failed all my auditions. Got the result yesterday -- third deception in three months -- no, not even three I didn't post my daily cat I cut my hair And today I woke up. I woke up, and the world hadn't collapsed into ruins. Of course a snarky voice would say, because of course, and it would add The world doesn't revolve around you, I know that; and when I woke and the sun was up and my cat asked to be fed I wasn't surprised. I went to bed peacefully last night. But I remember days I was surprised, at the endurance of the world, the unshivering passing of nights and days, uncaring, and even angry, and yesterday I cut my arms but not on purpose, uprooting thorns smothering the vines (this is not a metaphor), and how free! how light! how easy and bearable! The world doesn't revolve around me, I always knew, it's obvious, but now I feel it, is it not intoxicating? There is nothing on my shoulders, oh, say it again, how free, how light my small step is in this big unwavering world that I can rely on if nothing else, how confident I am that the sun will rise, how weightless it is to grow to trust it.

Cat #45, first redo!

So, that's Justin the bag, that was sent by @opia-jpg, but I wasn't really happy with it and it bugged me so I gave it another go! Had fun experimenting with new brushes too.
