Mission Statement
To build capacity, confidence, and connection by aligning participant interests with practical skills development, peer mentoring, and psychosocial support, using a flexible, inclusive, and creative workspace model.
Core Objectives
Empower NDIS participants through tailored one-on-one and group supports.
Use a flexible space to deliver creative, vocational, and therapeutic activities.Build skills, routines, and employment pathways rooted in participant strengths.
Promote social connection through co-working, mentorship, and group programs.A
Advocate for systemic change in how community-based supports are delivered.
Target Participants
NDIS participants (with core and capacity-building funding), especially those:With psychosocial or cognitive disabilityIn transitional housing, rural/regional isolation, or exiting acute services
Interested in creative, technological, or vocational activitiesNDIS Service Categories Covered
