7. Some people like to hypothesize that the clitoris is vestigial, despite zero scientific evidence to back this up.

8. The scientific study of the clitoris has been severely impacted by misogyny. Misogyny is also evident in the lack of sex education on the clitoris, where it is often omitted or only discussed briefly.

9. The clitoris has over 10,000 nerve endings.

10. The clitoris is THE source of sexual pleasure and sexual function for 50% of our population.

bdsm and the "no kink shaming" crowd is seriously gaslighting women about male violence. i've heard about women who were sheltered from kink, had sex with men who suddenly started "choking" as in strangling them and the women were absolutely terrified and got themselves away from those men as quickly as possible. they thought that the men were to kill them. and those women are absolutely right in their terror.

what the kink crowd would say is that it's "a sex game gone wrong", that "it's sure not right to do things like that without negotiating but it's just his kink" and not a huge indicator he's going to purposefully or accidentally (however "accidentally" can stranging somebody lead to their death) murder her. that "they both should have talked about it beforehand" and shoving the responsibility to the woman.

The consistent dehumanization language used in describing Palestinians in western media is unfathomable. The consistent denial of seeing our children as children. For everybody seeing this, don't fall into this, seek out the truth and educate yourself because that's the best and only way we can help people in Palestine. We have to amplify their voices.

If this were a scene from an action movie, everyone would roll their eyes at how absurd it is.

But this isn’t a movie, this is real life.

Keep demanding a ceasefire from your elected officials.

Keep boycotting any company that is supporting this genocide.

And keep protesting.
