I'm evolving this collection of craziness to be more than just about health progress. I want it to become more of a guide for general progression. The goal I guess is to be an alpha male. This is not to say to be the best at everything. Only to be the best at whats important to me. I do not believe in living a balanced life. I believe in focusing on what I (emphasis on I) think is important and anyone who is blaming their life on "society" is just a mentally weak person (tough talk but true).
