her legs are paralyzed for a long time and even after she regains leg movement she still likely has some form of ptsd due to her experiences (she also clearly shows signs of some other kind of mental illness but that isn't explicitly stated by canon), she also canonically has a crush on her best friend and has an extremely homoerotic relationship with her other best friend

She is canonically sapphic and a wheelchair user.

Isabella Peretti-ValorPUNK

Qualifications:

I don't have to try and argue for people to see my Vision (tm) or make up headcanons to get her into this competition. Isabella is a CANON wheelchair [user], bi/pan teenage girl!

Propaganda:

Her exact romantic/sexual orientation hasn't been stated because she is discovering it throughout the course of the show! She falls for a girl and their romance is a long-running plotline with a lot of major focus, and then when it crashes and burns (because the other girl has unresolved mental illnesses), she takes some time to heal before dating a ninja himbo sweetheart. As for her being [a] wheelchair [user], she got into a car accident when she was little and it paralyzed her from the waist down. This is NOT a focal point because the show starts when she's a teenager and the chair is already daily life for her, but there IS one very funny scene where she goes to a classmate's house to help him with his computer and his house is two stories, so he has to carry her fireman-style up the stairs and it's awkward and silly.

Anything Else?:

ValorPUNK is a TTRPG show with a ton of LGBT+ and disabled representation! All the players are queer and many of them have chronic pain or mental illnesses, so the rep is all authentic and well-done.

Siffrin:

Him being sleepy is not a big part of his (short) game and doesn't come up a ton, but I feel is refenced enough by his companions to qualify him as Sleepy. (I got all these within the first 10 minutes of the game, which is really all that I remember being stated in game, besides him asking a god for rest before fighting the bbeg, which could be interpreted as a sleepy thing?) Also he nods off when you skip dialouge?? Doesn't get more sleepy than that

Snoozing Carpenter:

Has at least two legs and at most six hundred.

Part of a little crew of magical alchemists all specialising in a different kind. Sets up the ship (post-tragic crash smack dab in the middle of nowhere) to convert it into something more homely for them and their crewmates, and uses a kind of magic dedicated to creation - turns the sky to night around the ark in this case, but said type is capable of all sorts of surreal manifestations. Introduced in the event I joined Sky in. I love them. Eepy friend

He shows that the source for fire isn't hate and anger, and that fire is a life force, that it can be used for more than genocide and murder. Also has the best redemption arc in fiction.

Was a great firebender and was taught by the originals firebenders, the dragons, to not harness his anger but to harness the true source of firebending.

Sword gays showdown preliminaries

For Mei Dragon:

the sword she uses is a magical Dragon Blade, which has been in her family for generations and may only be wielded by the worthy to protect the family from evil (it can also shoot lasers which is pretty epic). she is the first in a long time to use it, and when it shatters (she’s using it to protect her friends against a super powerful foe and it breaks in front of her), she learns she’s able to create new ones through determination and also the power of being a sickass dragon (bc she is a dragon in human form) (?) (this shows magic system runs on a lot of rule of narrative and rule of cool so i don’t know her specific dragon situation). i hc mei as aroallo (she’s literally the aroallo flag colors) and bi!

For Gillion Tidestrider:

literally perfect. even more than "while you were being gay i was studying the blade" he's "while you were having normal healthy childhoods i was studying the blade" i love him so much.

He's Gillion freaking Tidestrider, Champion of the Undersea, Hero of the Deep, Pigeon Lord, The One, Warrior of Rock and Roll, Singer/Songwriter of Gillion and the Tidestriders' hit single "The Hole in Your Heart", Moisture Master, Horse Tamer, Defenestrator of the Adulterous, Walking Fish, Etc. Etc. He's canonically ace and although he's not canonically gay he did share an incredibly passionate Crit kiss with another member of the Riptide Pirates, Chip, to save a third member of the Riptide Pirates from drowning, Jay. Regarding his swordliness he uses a longsword however he has been known to attack and smite people with random objects like chairs as well.
