The concept of 'grounding' as in 'standing barefoot on the ground so electrons from the earth can flow into your body and cure everything that ails you' pisses me off so bad because like. We already know that being outside and feeling connected with nature is good for you! We already know that it provides stress relief and mental health benefits!
