10 TED TALKS TO GET YOU THINKING
I absolutely love TED Talks!! If I need motivation, a quick laugh, or simply want to better myself, this is where I go. 
TED Talks have a way of making me feel like I actually know what’s going on in my life and makes me want to get up and do something so I’m going to start you off with 10 talks to get you back on track and ready to work!
1. 5 ways to kill your dreams- Bel Pesce 
All of us want to invent that game-changing product, launch that successful company, write that best-selling book. And yet so few of us actually do it. TED Fellow and Brazilian entrepreneur Bel Pesce breaks down five easy-to-believe myths that ensure your dream projects will never come to fruition. 
2. A simple way to break a habit- Judson Brewer  
Can we break bad habits by being more curious about them? Psychiatrist Judson Brewer studies the relationship between mindfulness and addiction—from smoking to overeating to all those other things we do even though we know they’re bad for us. Learn more about the mechanism of habit development and discover a simple but profound tactic that might help you beat your next urge to smoke, snack, or check a text while driving. 
3. 3 ways to plan for the (very) long term- Ari Wallach 
We increasingly make decisions based on short-term goals and gains--an approach that makes the future more uncertain and less safe. How can we learn to think about and plan for a better future in the long term ... like, grandchildren-scale long term? Ari Wallach shares three tactics for thinking beyond the immediate.
4. 10 ways to have a better conversation- Celeste Headlee

5. How boredom can lead to your most brilliant ideas- Manoush Zomorodi

7. How to gain control of your free time- Laura Vanderkam

9. Keep your goals to yourself- Derek Sivers
