I’m starting to get annoyed I told myself I wouldn’t start book 2 and then I tossed and turned for 3 hours. It’s not 5:30am. Will I be able to sleep before I finish this series????

Just double checking that ana angels know to take extra strength multivitamins focused on biotin, calcium and omega 3, 6, & 9 to preserve their organs and bones. Protein is also your best friend cause it’ll stop your body from eating your muscle so you’re toned/sculpted when you reach your ugw. Im not trying to promote ana.
