these  events  were  fun  when  she  was  younger  and  an  inspiring  artist  because  everyone  had  creativity  and  did  not  lack  in  their  work,  now  these  events  were  a  hassle,  being  older  and  well  out  of  college,  working  on  her  own  first  line  with  her  husband. it  was  their  business  but  lately  she  feels  the  creativity  fading  away  from  her  and  it  is  like  she  makes  the  pieces  and  he  makes  the  business  and  money  it  just  isn’t  fair,  her  work  does  not  feel  like  her  own  and  the  passion  has  faded. luckily,  tom  could  not  make  this  event  because  of  some  excuse  that  beverly  did  not  care  to  think  about  so  she  went  by  herself  and  it  was  a  disaster. she  sits  in  the  corner  with  her  drink  listening  to  idle  chit  chat  all  night  long  she  feels  suffocated  but  numb  at  the  same  time  and  she  briefly  wonders  how  she  allowed  it  to  get  this  bad? her  green  eyes  float  across  the  room,  so  many  familiar  faces  and  things  and  yet  she  felt  alone  in  a  room  full  of  people,  she  is  way  too  young  and  often  hopeful  to  be  feeling  this  way. she  hears  a  voice  and  her  green  eyes  turn  away  from  the  bar  to  meet  a  male’s,  her  breath  hitches  in  her  throat  softly,  something  of  a  spark  reentering  her  system  and  she  stares  at  him  almost  dazed.  why  would  jude  evergreen  ever  speak  to  her,  she  remembers  studying  him  briefly,  a  fashion  legend  and  she  blinks  hazel  eyes  to  recover  quickly,  don’t  look  like  an  idiot. “  beverly  m-  rogan.  “  she  corrects  herself  and  sticks  out  a  hand  for  a  firm  shake,  oh  my  god,  the  thought  of  collaborating  crosses  her  mind  and  she  stands  there  taking  it  all  in. “  are  you  having  a  good  time  tonight?  “  really,  bev  you’re  going  to  ask  that?  when  he  clearly  just  cussed  someone  out  and  he  looked  a  bit  flustered  but  she  did  not  know  what  else  to  say,  she  is  simply  star  struck. 

   A low chuckle left him at her words, a brow raising as he gently took her hand in his, firmly shaking it,  ❝ The show is a complete 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑, I’m merely here for the drinks and to meet new people. ❞  He replied, gently pulling his hand away after shaking it and taking a sip of his drink. Jude notices the slight nerves that Beverly may have and assumed that she had heard him cussing out an old colleague, a soft hum leaving him, 

   ❝ I find if you don’t have the right people to work with, then everything can quickly go to shit, making it bounce back on you and your reputation. ❞  Taking a seat next to Beverly, Jude lightly ran a hand through his hair, exhaling before taking out his phone for a mere second to check it before putting it back. ❝ Are you by yourself? I know coming to one of these things can be daunting and well, overwhelming. ❞

  𝒀𝑬𝑻 another runway for a new fashion line, yet another sad attempt of trying to stay relevant, Jude was exhausted. Of course this wasn’t his show, he wouldn’t dare show his face if his show was this drab and plain. He was invited to an ex partners show to give an honest review and opinion on the come back line that they were doing-- Gods he was glad he grabbed a drink before this, the crowd was full of braindead morons who wouldn’t know what fashion was if they were to work for him, which made Jude smirk to himself; oh the pity. This was saddening, at least he was at the after party now where the crowd was more awake than the morgue at night, ❝ What did you think of the show, Jude? ❞  a business partner asked as he turned to Jude, knowing that the most popular and well known fashion designer in the industry was brutally honest. ❝ I felt like I was in a dreadful dream, the show put me to sleep more than anything. The colours were so, so bland; no thought put into the organisation of the pieces. A real shame, to say the least. I wouldn’t want to show my face after a show like this if it was mine. ❞  his response was followed by a chuckle, followed by everyone else’s laughter. It wasn’t until his ex partner heard him that he tried to make a come back, Jude laughing and rolling his eyes.

     ❝ 𝑱𝑰𝑴𝑴𝒀, 𝑫𝑨𝑹𝑳𝑰𝑵𝑮, 𝑳𝑰𝑺𝑻𝑬𝑵, not only are you the biggest cuck I’ve ever dated, but you’re honestly the biggest cunt, I’ve met. My reputation is positively bigger than your pathetic minuscule one, fuck off. ❞ His friends around him laughed at the man’s attempt to shut Jude down, all gathering around him. Jude wasn’t hard to approach for business, and when his gaze drifted across the room, they landed on a woman with burning fire - like hair and a beautiful figure, ❝ Well, hello. . .❞

Jude would be the twin to stalk someone of interest, not actually ‘loving’ them but the idea of them.

Beau would be the one to be paranoid that his partner is seeing someone else, and can become obsessive. But is more likely to take reassurance unlike his brother who won’t have a heart sometimes.

It was really maddening how he was ignoring her calls for days and yet she found him cute. Thankfully, Valerie was busy with work for the last couple of weeks and it took her mind off overthinking how Beau has acted to ignore her. Deep inside her she could feel there was something else to his demeanor, something he wasn’t telling her so she stopped and turned around before she had actually left the house in frustration. “ Fine. If you acted up on me because I was swamped at work, there’s no need to continue to be mean to me, I came to see you.  I’m right here now, Beau. I’m listening.”

 Under normal stressful situations at work, Beau was fine, however when it came to thing’s like intimacy and relationships anyone could tell that he wasn’t so easy to coax into talking to. ❝ I’m sorry. . .I just, I’m not good with feelings or knowing that people...uh, like me. ❞ He replied, shifting slightly and scratching the back of his neck nervously.
