           But she nodded anyway.

             Hm. This person was either trusting, or Kateri was back to being a skilled actress. She patted Alnaesa, the Pikachu that Yoshiya had loaned her, then hopped lightly to her feet.

          “ No need to apologize. The concern was very kind of you. “ And interesting. Kateri did not want to let this person go free. “ Do you know the time? I’m worried my clock didn’t adjust when I came from Sinnoh... My friend seems to be very late. “

               At first, Kateri didn’t realize she was being addressed. She was so used to people ignoring her. At a glance, she just seemed to be an innocent girl who was drinking a latte with her/Yoshiya’s Pikachu... not many people circled enough times to realize Kateri would sit in public for hours, people watching.

            “ ... Oh? Are you talking to me? “ She asked, giggling. “ I’m sorry. Yes, I’m waiting for someone. “

Having walked by the same place three times now (she was still getting used to the whole idea of running errands) Tamera couldn’t help but notice that the same girl had been in the same place for an hour.
