"Don't use Libby because it costs libraries too much, pirate instead" is such a weird, anti-patron, anti-author take that somehow manages to also be anti-library, in my professional librarian-ass opinion.

It's well documented that pirating books negatively affects authors directly* in a way that pirating movies or TV shows doesn't affect actors or writers, so I will likely always be anti-book piracy unless there's absolutely, positively no other option (i.e. the book simply doesn't exist outside of online archives at all, or in a particular language).

Also, yeah, Libby and Hoopla licenses are really expensive, but libraries buy them SO THAT PATRONS CAN USE THEM. If you're gonna be pissed at anybody about this shitty state of affairs, be pissed at publishing companies and continue to use Libby or Hoopla at your library so we can continue to justify having it to our funding bodies.

One of the best ways to support your library having services you like is to USE THOSE SERVICES. Yes, even if they are expensive.

SIMBLREEN 2021 TREATS

Hi, my adorable ghosts - it’s my third time participating at Simblreen! I prepared some nice treats, which I am sharing here for everyone who missed the event 🖤

This year I went with a different approach. Instead of my items being outright creepy like usual, I thought about adding a stylish, sexier flair aswell. I am really pleased with the outcome, hope everyone likes it too~

Simblreen 2021 - Day 1 Treat // Annihilation Nails

Inspired by a nail look that I spotted recently at some gorgeous pics of Megan Thee Stallion. When I saw them first, I immediately loved the idea, and thought it was perfect for Simblreen.

Simblreen 2021 - Day 2 Treat // Nero Lipchain

When the MV and perfomance by ATEEZ for the cover song “Nero” dropped last year, I fell  in love with the lipchain that San wore, and swore to myself that I will make it next year for Simblreen. And here is the result.

DIVISION Monocle Collection

Hello everyone, I have a new huge project finally finished! I always wanted to make a monocle, but as you can see, I quite… escalated here with my ideas, so it took me muuuch longer than I initially planned to finish. It was so worth it though, as I love this collection. Due to the huge variations available, it is quite versatile as it can be combined in tons of ways, and fits to everything from posh, royal, goth, alternative, fantasy, etc…

Included are 12 items:

8 monocles: 4 style versions, all available for the left and right eye. 60 colors for each one (15 metal colors & 4 glass colors). Polycount ranges from 1200-2000 depending on the version of the monocle. Under glasses category.

2 chain addons: 2 versions (left and right), available in the same 15 metal colors. Polycount for the chain only itself is 3200. Under earrings category. 1 Crystal color addon & 1 ombre tip color addon: To be used with the monocles & can be combined with each other. 15 colors for both items. Main color is under socks category, Ombre color is under gloves category.

DECEPTIA Glasses

Hi guys!! I’m back with a big set of glasses, which I’ve been working on this whole week until now~ I’ve been playing Persona 5 Royal a lot recently, and while seeing quite a few of the characters wearing such squareish-round shaped glasses, I felt ultra inspired to do some glasses in that style, and I am very pleased with the outcome. It’s a very versatile set, and they managed to become some of my fav glasses.

The glasses come in 3 different sizes (large, medium and small), due to the selection they fit to every kind of face & shape. All 3 versions come in 100 color variations - 20 frame main colors, and 5 lens versions each.

MAPLE SYRUP Body & Face Freckles

I was totally in mood to make some cute freckles!! So, here is a big set out of two files, one for the body, and the other for the face~ They can be combined, or used on their own. (❁´◡`❁)

I tried to make these realistic, where sun hits the skin the heaviest, the more freckles are on that point. I’ve made these together with my sister, she helped me for accurate details, while also serving me as an inspiration, as she herself has the cutest freckles ever. T_T ♥

Maple (face) freckles come in 5 versions, all in 5 colors each, with these colors they fit a huge range of skintones. So, 25 face freckle variations all over. Can be found under skin details.

Syrup (body) freckles come in 3 intensity versions, also in the same 5 color shades like the face freckles. For this, it’s 15 body freckle variations. Can be found under tattoos.

Both items work for female+male, toddler-elder and are HQ compatible, pics also taken with it.

MACHINE Octangular Glasses

Heya everybody! ♥

Now I’m releasing a chic pair of glasses that I’ve meant do so since FOREVER!! Ever since I first saw glasses with such a nice and unique shape, I immediately fell in love and felt like I had to have these for sims. Today the day has come, and I finally created them! I am very satisfied with how they look, with the color selection, etc…, so it’s safe to say that they’re my new favourite glasses!~ The all-nighter that I pulled for these was absolutely worth it.

They come in 90 swatches all over, that includes 15 frame colors which all come in several combinations of the lens. All individual lens swatch variations are the same that I’ve shown come for every color, except the colorful ones, these have 15 different color combinations, all fitting to each metal frame color. The glasses work for teen-elder, female + male. HQ compatible, pics also taken with it.
