Opinions on Air Pollution, Water Pollution, and Climate Change

All types of pollution are bad, and dramatic climate change can harm the environment as well. Air Pollution should be avoided by finding and using more environmentally friendly methods, like using electronic cigarettes rather than real cigarettes. Water Pollution can be avoided by not dumping harmful waste, trash, and toxins into waterways. Climate change can be avoided by avoiding harmful toxic fossil fuels that can increase the environment’s temperature.

5 W’S AND 1 H

What - Air Pollution happens when harmful toxins are released into the atmosphere. Water pollution happens when waste/trash is dumped into waterways. Climate change happens because of the greenhouse effect and global warming.

Who - Air Pollution can effect the health of humans and other living things by harming the lungs when the pollution is taken in by breathing. Water Pollution effects all aquatic animals and plant life negatively and can lead to the death of different organisms. Climate change can hurt those who live on the planet by becoming too hot or cold over time.

Where - All three types of pollution can occur anywhere on earth, but the most commons places where these types of pollution occur are in urban areas rather than rural areas.

When - All of the types of pollution happen when harmful toxins are released into the earth’s atmosphere and effects the earth negatively.

Why - All these pollution types happen when trash, waste, and deadly toxins are carelessly released into the environment.

Smoking can lead to air pollution and can also affect people’s health - especially their lungs.

When climate change changes drastically, it can be an affect of global warming.

Climate change can affect the majority of the world over time.

Jet/plane fuel can also lead to air pollution over time in the atmosphere.

The fuels in cars are released into the atmosphere and cause air pollution.

Waste can be dumped into lakes, oceans, rivers, and streams and can lead to pollution.

Oil spills can leak from ships into the ocean and cause water pollution.

Water Pollution can occur when trash is dumped into the water and left to contaminate the water source.

Air Pollution can occur when factories release harmful fossil fuels into the atmosphere.
