I need help (shocker, I know)

The long and short of it is this: the crash was bad and led to some Bad mental and physical health issues, but I'm proactive and I made sure things were in place! I was on the road to normalcy! But the way I was treated at work once I returned, however, was so bad that it made my eventual lawyer and good friend say that it was 'possibly the worst disability discrimination case I've seen' and my eventual being pushed out led not only to a full mental and nervous breakdown that almost led me to a very final decision, but also the complete destabilisation of myself as a person.

I'm basically rebuilding who I am and how I move through the world, now with the added trouble of those breakdowns leaving me incapable of Masking. This is the Neurodivergent Website, I don't have to explain what this is to you. HOWEVER I have spent the last 30 years of my life assuming I didn't have ADHD or Autism, so. You can imagine what's happening. Unmedicated. Unmasked. After terrible trauma. And with PTSD and C-PTSD.

This has all gotten a lot worse recently due to being caught in a lovely NHS feedback loop of not being able to access therapy until I'm medicated for ADHD because I go mute, but not being medicated for ADHD until I have a second test done.

WHICH LEADS US to the crux of this post. I will have £100 left in my account after paying the rent on the 3rd. This is nowhere near enough for the bills, or the food, OR the rent for the month after that. I need...help. Desperately. I think I'm going to have to keep making this post for the foreseeable future??? I hate that, but the govt is no fucking help even with a wonderful friend on my side to help me navigate it because they refuse to believe I pay the rent even when I shake bank statements at them.

British people hate paprika in particular for some reason. Have not changed their stance on that since Jonathan Harker. For some reason it’s the first thing they mention when talking about disgusting American food, presumably because it features in a lot of recipe videos. Perhaps the funniest example of this was when someone commented “WHAT WAS THAT DISGUSTING ARTIFICIAL LOOKING RED POWDER?” under a chicken recipe and everyone tore them to shreds. Anyway, I’m a smoked paprika fanatic and I genuinely think paprika haters are weaklings.
