hi, it's bri ~ cursing is allowed! we do have a lot of minors on the site, so we try to not let it get excessive, but i think we're pretty lenient about it overall. LMK if you have any additional Qs!

Hi!

First of all, I just want to say that I have been on Unvale now for close to a year (I think), and I am just absolutely loving the site! I especially love how customizable the site is when you're uploading a new character on your own page. There's a lot of freedom to do what you want with your characters, and you can include as much or as little about your characters as you want to, and I absolutely love that about the site!

Secondly, I just want to take a minute to appreciate the fact that this site is a 100% anti-AI, and say thank you to the Unvale team for being a site that is 100% made by real humans, and made for real humans. There's so much AI garbage everywhere now, and it's practically trashed the internet no matter which site you go onto (even if you're just doing a simple Google search). And with so much AI crap out there, I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to the Unvale team for keeping AI wholly away from your site and for keeping everything that you do on the site again 100% human-made. It's a really nice feeling (and quite frankly a relief) to be able to keep coming back to this site knowing that's it fully run by real, human people and hasn't been taken over by AI trash. So thank you Unvale for keeping this site real and genuine! I look forward to continuing to use the site and to see how the site will continue to evolve and grow! Hello Unvale team!!! I just have a quick question

I have a partial AU that involves some of my ocs that I have up on my Unvale page. And I also have my own language that I've been working on and developing for this very AU. I think it would be cool to add that language into my AU world that I've been creating and give other people a small taste of a bit more of this world I've been creating as well. However, a language wouldn't really fit in with the "world" or "character" categories on Unvale, so I guess my question is this: where would I be able to put my in-progress language on my Unvale page? Or perhaps the more important question here would be, would something like that even be allowed on Unvale?

Also just wanted to mention that I have been a part of Unvale for quite a few months now, and I am absolutely LOVING the site!!!!!

Hi there! We currently don't have a specific way to showcase original languages, but that is a fun thought and maybe our team can brainstorm something in the future! We have seen some folks make dedicated character pages for it or writing pages in their worlds, but I totally understand that isn't the best way to showcase them. Oh, and of course, making your own made up language is totally allowed! I'm glad to hear you're loving the site. Thank you for bringing this up to us! - Xen

Hi there! We don't have a scheduled date or estimated time because our devs are currently prioritizing QoL and bug squashing. Is there any way to archive/private OCs? i'm planning on begin publishing my OCs story someday, and having to delete all info to avoid spoilers floating around is a fear of mine 🥲

Hi there! Unfortunately, we don't have this feature at this time. We do have it on our radar though! We have no set date for when we'll be able to add this feature as our devs are currently prioritizing QoL and bug squashing. But once we do, there will definitely be an announcement about it.
