As much as I love the Stardew Valley spouses it always kinda bugs me that they stay stagnant after you marry them. Like even after having kids and passing a decade in game they look and act the exact same? Anyway what if
Bachelors and Krobus are here!!! Thanks for your patience ^^
(Also if you like these and want to see them smooching YOUR farmer, my commission info is here :3)

update on the Vessel of Pestilence AU, i figured out how Kallamar got imprisoned instead of Narinder!! info under the cut
so basically, in this au, Narinder was imprisoned prematurely and Kallamar got mad at his other siblings about it, so he unleashed a unique illness on all three of them, which is how they lost their respective parts. he destroyed the chains holding Narinder himself, but he was ambushed by the other bishops, and Narinder couldn't stop them despite his best efforts. Kallamar, being a little bit of a coward but also extremely angry, also infected Narinder's heart, in the hopes that it would keep him from hurting him further.
in this au, Narinder takes Kallamar's place as the third boss fought by the lamb (who, in this au is named DeLaine, as the french word for woolen) and Shamura is still the last, but in this AU they surrender and become a follower right away. DeLaine still fights Kallamar at the end, and wins, but Kallamar isn't very upset about it, because I don't think he's quite as volatile as Narinder. instead, upon being indoctrinated, he accepts his new role as a follower of DeLaine, and thus the relics of the old faith arc begins.
the story takes place post sins of the flesh update (so yes, there is gun :D)

“You are challenged by Gym Leader Kallamar!”
And here is Kallamar! I decided on more of a regal, armored aesthetic for him, since he’s pretty into weaponry and crystals. He originally had more accessories but I decided against if because I didn’t want to overcomplicate the design. Anyone interested in my choices for the team can read my notes below:
In my notes for his Pokémon, I wrote: “Kallamar’s domain is cavelike and water based, and it’s full of crystals. He definitely needs a few sea creatures, particularly a squid. He has an interest in weapons. His Pokemon should look intimidating instead of scared so that he can scare away people.”
The Tentacruel and Malamar are a bit of an obvious choice, as are the Dhelmise and Aegislash. Carbink is there because of the crystals in Anchordeep but I decided to make it a shiny because it fit the colors and vibe better.
The Noivern is the oddest choice of the bunch but I gave him one because of the bat creatures that attack the lamb and because if his hearing was affected by his injury he’d likely want a Pokemon with good hearing around to detect danger.

Parent Scrybe Au: Introductions PT 3
Surprise, take another part! I hope Magnificus is likeable here lol.
Magnificus
The scrybe of Magicks was many things. He was a master of the arcane and its varying arts. He was an accomplished painter whose work was held in high regard. He was a teacher to brilliant dull students that never ceased to amaze disappoint him. There was no questioning that Magnificus was quite accomplished. However, despite his many impressive feats, there was one thing he still had yet to master. The art of socializing.
To be fair, this was not really a concern for him. He was, by nature, very reserved and reclusive, a borderline hermit. It didn't affect him much if he missed social cues or was off putting to others. He didn't need others, though he did keep a select few close. Either way, social skills were not a big concern for him . . . until you came to be that is.
You had come into his life by surprise, and slowly but surely won his heart. You were his child, and he would never say otherwise. He would say however, that you deserved a far better parent.
His skills as a caretaker were abysmal, at least he thought so. He could barely take care of himself. His own students had to make sure he was taking care of himself, something he was grateful for but wouldn't admit. Despite that, here you were three months later. You were such a happy thing, always squeaking (yes, you squeak) in excitement when you saw him. You hated when he was upset and would frantically try to get his attention whenever you noticed he wasn't okay. It was adorable. It was wrong. You shouldn't be under the care of someone like him!
And yet . . .
Yet he couldn't bear the thought of giving you up. He couldn't imagine a life where he didn't see you rolling around your little play pin. He couldn't imagine a life without your little excited squeaks. He just couldn't. It was selfish, he told himself. You deserved so much better, yet he denied you this. All because he couldn't bear it. These thoughts hounded him the longer you were under his care. They mocked and haunted him, and it didn't go unnoticed.
His students noticed he was more withdrawn than usual. They noticed how he seemed to be at war with himself. It was concerning since he only got like this if his eye had shown him something. They knew they couldn't approach him, he was a stubborn old fool. He hated being vulnerable or weak. So they made the decision to reach out to someone who could get him to open up.
“Hello Dears”
“You're here!” Lonely Wizard vibrated on the spot and wringed his hands. “You're here! Good good! Good, you're here.” It took him a moment to realize he was being loud and that he had not greeted her. He stutters before bowing quickly. “Sorry sorry. Hello Grimora, You're Here!”
She chuckles at Lonely Wizard. She was fairly used to his energy. “I couldn't ignore you and your friends' concern now, could I? Please, tell me what's wrong.”
“Worried. Very worried. . . I mean, Master is acting strange.” Lonely Wizard replies, doing his best to keep his voice down. He was also making an effort to speak more slowly and clearly. “I think he saw something bad, really bad.”
She hums. She didn't need clarification to know what he meant. Magnificus acted a certain way when he saw something particularly bad. “I see. Well, you don't need to be worried dear. I will talk with him.” She chuckles as he nods excitedly, before exchanging goodbyes with the peculiar obsidian skinned wizard. She heads to the old wizards study and firmly knocks on the door. There is a mumble on the other side, making her frown. “Magnificus dear?” She hears a gasp and some items fall, before the sound of scrambling footsteps approaching. She waits patiently for the door to open, before gasping. He friend was disheveled, more than usual. He looked panicked and even frightened.
“Grimora . . . I wasn't expecting you, sorry.”
“Oh Magnificus.” She mumbles gently. “What happened?”
“I'm fine. I have been very busy with some new discoveries.”
“You were never good at lying to me Dear”
He flinches. He doesn't say anything, resulting in Grimora gently tapping on the door. He sighs and lets her into the study, before closing the door. “I never could lie to you.” He mutters before sitting in his chair. The study was in immaculate shape. There was no dust or grime to be spotted. The only oddity in the room was the small box by his desk.
She sits from across from him with a gentle look. “You know you don't need to hide from me dearest. I have and never will mock you.” She watches him stiffen and glance at the box, before he deflates with a heavy sigh.
“I . . . Grimora” he starts, his tone causing her to worry. “I don't know what I’m doing.”
“What do you mean?”
“I mean, I'm not fit for this.” He clarifies and forms right fists with his hands. “I don't know what I am doing, or why I'm still doing this! No, that's not true. I know why, it's because I'm a selfish fool.”
Grimora listens to him rant. She reaches over the table and grabs his hands, getting his to look at her. “Magnificus, you are far from selfish. A fool at times, yes but we all are foolish at times.”
He stares at her before sighing and looking away. “No, you don't understand Grimora. You don't know what I've done.”
“Then tell me.”
Magnificus hesitates. Eventually he pulls his hands away from her and carefully picks up the box. He puts it down in front of her, watching as her eyes widen. “Do you see? Do you see now why I am such a fool? Do you see why I am so selfish?”
“Magnificus. . .”
“I am not fit to care for life Grimora! I am not fit to be a parent and yet I still keep them close. How could I-” He is interrupted by a familiar squeak. You had woken up from your nap and quickly noticed your parent was upset. You try to roll close to the sides of the box, trying to get closer. Magnificus couldn't just ignore you, so he picks you up. “Little wizards should still be sleeping.” You don't understand and just squeak at him again.
Grimora smiles at the display. “Well now, aren't you just the most loving parent?”
He looks at her in confusion. “Why would you ever think that? I don't know how to care for a child.”
“You may not know how to, yes.” She agrees. “But anyone could see you love them dearly.”
“Love alone isn't enough” Magnificus mumbles as he makes sure you are comfortable in the crook of his arm. Being such a small little bush, you could hang out on his arm comfortably. You snuggle close to him and yawn, making Grimora chuckle.
“That is true, but love is the first step. The next, is asking for help from those who care about you as much as you do them.” She gives him a sincere smile and gently pats his free hand, before taking it into her own. “My dearest Magnificus, I would be more than happy to aid you. I know you will simply be marvelous.”
With Grimora's help and encouragement, Magnificus introduced you to the other scrybes. Although understandably shocked, the scrybe of Magicks was supported. His insecurities would always be there, but now he wasn't alone. Now he had the full support and help from those he trusted. He would put all he could into raising you, even if it meant having to ask for help. You had not only brought the best in him, but made him want to be better. You were his miracle.

Ah, forgive me..
I am Challenger, the one who Luke Carder played as, before the day the game was deleted. I have found this site where I can possibly find other survivors, and get myself out of the white void I'm currently stuck in.
((Give me a moment while the camera adjusts to this new environment..))
"One of malleable shape, yet so integral to Inscryption that we could not do our parts without. Perhaps not all is lost, then, if you were to survive."

Parent Scrybe Au: Introductions PT 2
Just a heads up, I'm still sick so I apologize if this one is a bit meh.
Grimora
It was fair to think that the scrybe of the dead would be a gloomy person. Death was not always peaceful afterall. However, Grimora was far from a gloomy person. She was calm and frankly pretty jovial. She was very easy to approach and talk to, despite the unease death brought to regular folks. But even with this in mind, it was clear to all who had ever interacted with her that there was a change. She seemed to be more tired, but her pale eyes had a glint always present in them. She had gained a certain bounce to her step that previously wasn't there. In short, Grimora seemed happier than usual, ecstatic even.
Many had asked about it, how could they not? It wasn't common to see Grimora so giddy. But no matter who or what was asked, she never answered. She would simply smile or chuckle, then politely wave them away. “Leave the dead to their secrets dear” Even her fellow scrybes were given no answers, leaving them curious and even a bit anxious. She would assure them that everything was fine. But they couldn't help but continue to wonder and even debate among themselves what had brought about her sudden joy. It would take a few weeks before they would get their answers.
Grimora called them to her crypts when she was sure it was right. She had waited until she knew they were in good spirits and that they had finished what work they needed done. She had set up the room carefully, hanging up small decorations to lighten it up and ensuring there was sufficient lighting. She set the table with drinks and small snacks. It might have been a bit overboard but she was excited for her announcement and just couldn't help herself. Her ghouls watched as she bounced around, chuckling to themselves. They were happy to see her so excited, even if it was a bit strange to them.
Soon enough, her guests arrive and are escorted to the room by Royal. He gives a curt nod to his leader before leaving so they could talk.
“You really went all out” PO3 comments as it looks around the room. It had noticed the decorations around the room. She typically only decorated during the holidays or when it was one of their birthdays. She liked hosting events for them.
Grimora laughs and folds her hands. “ I wouldn't call this all out Dear.”
PO3 gives her a look that only makes her laugh some more. It rolls it's eyes and moves over to its seat. “Okay, maybe it's not all out, but you get it.”
“Yes I do. I suppose it is a little much.” She admits and glances around the room. It was all just so cute though, perfect for her announcement. “Well, I guess I got a tad bit excited.”
P03 snorts at that. “No shit.” It grumbles and is surprised when Grimora glares at it. The only who tended to get annoyed with its language was Leshy. The forest spirit disliked crude language, so for her to seem upset at it was concerning. “Uh . . .”
Grimora clicks her tongue at it. “I will be lenient only this once since you are unaware. However, I must insist you keep such language out of my crypts.”
Leshy snorts, before looking away at PO3’s glare. Of course, seeing it get scolded by Grimora was pretty amusing to him.
“Shut it beast.”
“I know not what you speak of bot.”
“You-”
“Enough” Magnificus grumbles. “Grimora invited us here for important matters. Your squabbles can wait.” The two mumble apologies in response.
Grimora chuckles softly. She knew they really couldn't help themselves, their natures were just too opposed to each other. “Thank you Magnificus.” She thanks with a small nod. “This is important as you have said, but nothing to worry about.” she reassures before giving a signal to Kaycee.
“Ugh” PO3 groans. “You've been baiting us for fuuuu” it pauses at her look before clearing its throat. “You've been baiting us for weeks now. Why are you still being so . . . dang . . . cryptic?”
“Patience Dear, patience. You will see in a moment.” Her smile brightens when Kaycee returns holding something in her arms. They couldn't see what had been brought to Grimora, just that she had gotten visibly happier. It brought an odd tension to the room, which turned to shock when she turned and revealed you in her arms. You were awake and looking around the room curiously with your pale eyes. You were wearing an outfit she had sewn just for you. She smiles brightly at her friends. “Now then, please meet my most marvelous little ghoul.”
The silence didn't last long. There was soon a soft thudding. Leshy's tail was wagging. “Grimora, you have a child?”
“I do. Would you like to hold them Dear? They just love new people now.”
Needless to say, your introduction went well. Though PO3 got a bit jealous when Leshy got to hold you, much to Grimora's and Magnificus' amusement. You didn't understand it yet, but your family has just gotten bigger.

Named: ??? (Water/Rock)
On rare occasion, an Eevee can be affected by more than one environmental factor, and reacts to grow into a new, rare evolution. Water/Rock Eeveelutions inhabit warm, shallow, tropical waters, predominantly in the pristine southern seas alongside colonies of Corsola. Thriving on a diet enriched with minerals from ocean rocks and sand, these Eeveelutions develop rocky, coral-like growths on their bodies, with the unique coral formations on each individual reflecting their distinct diet and health status. Their coral reefs often become places of refuge for smaller fish Pokémon, who take shelter in the coral and are shielded from larger predators. As long as the individual is in good health, broken coral will be regenerated within days and additional coral can be grown quickly in emergencies, such as during battles. Pieces of broken coral are valuable to collectors and Trainers alike, and can be presented to domesticated Eevee in the hope of inducing evolution into this Water/Rock type. Featuring a lengthy and robust tail, these Eeveelutions wield formidable, long-range attacks against their opponents. They leverage the prehensile appendage to latch onto substantial seaweed and rock formations, anchoring themselves securely during periods of rest.
