1. Portable Mixer (For protein shakes) + Tubs for protein powders
2. NEW forever shredding diet: MEAT 🥩 / Protein / Whey, Sugar Free Tea + Jelly, Fasting (Bone Broth) Whey Protein Shakes / Bars / Stick to mostly natural food such as meats (eggs, beef, pork, chicken, lamb) No need to eat so much - have even one hearty meal and fast for most of the day and or have a protein shake and you’re good to go. Train at gym x6 days a week - running and weights! Protein forever (; Sugar and carbs are the enemy! Avoid!
3. Get the latest Apple Watch Coming out in September later this year of 2022
4. Get some good in-ear earphones (block noise)
5. Find a new job (Higher Pay)
6. Get a pull up bar
7. Learn how to squat, learn dips, other exercises learn them! These are basic !
8. Get to under 8ST this is really important / The leaner you get the better you will look in clothes etc

GET TO UNDER 8 STONE - Consistent dieting x gym training (Detox - and get rid of IBS for good - have a consistent raw vegan diet use raw vegan protein powder to prevent IBS ever coming again) I want ABS and a happy strong core!!!!! Look good in clothes and feel confident with the ladies when they take your clothes off ;)
The only way to get a fit sexy IBS free, muscle body is a raw vegan diet - beautiful skin, slim strong core, build muscle with weights, running, take Chinese tonic tinctures, drink raw cacao, plant protein shake. Because junk sodium foods, milk whey proteins, meats = bad skin, bloating and constipation and weight gain & I don’t want that. I want to feel 💯 confident in - myself and that’s the best way to attract a woman too.

2. Do a celery juice fast for 3-4 days before they come
3. High protein diet (good for skin) protein shake, bar, fish, get rid of sugar
Best option is detox - smoothie, fruit, nuts and raw avocado salad, vegan protein - brings the weight down - my diet should always be like this anyway!!!!!

1. Get to 7ST 8 pounds (muscular lean shredded)
2. High protein, veg diet, protein shake, grenade bar. Caffeine (Grenade Detonator Tabs (Fish, eggs, chicken) Greek yogurt + almond butter
3. Gym / Legs, Abs, Biceps, Triceps (master pull ups) + cardio (running)
4. Diet cheat treats that are fun & enjoyable and get your LEAN / Thai green chicken curry, Chinese chicken curry, Thai food meats, grenade protein bar, Coke Zero (sugar free drinks) ON protein powder shake vanilla. (Porridge with milky bar only allowed on a cheat day)
5. Brain health & sex drive / meat such as fish/ salmon. Also eggs, beef, pork…. Dairy (like in protein bar/ shake)
6. 2-3 day celery juice only liquid fast (to heal gut and entire body healing) no fruit sugar allowed !
7. Bigger friends circle! A tribe. Go have fun, travel. You need friends !!!!!!! Go get it
