Otherkiyc or 'kiyc

Is an alterhuman identity- in the broad sense- that is between 'heart and 'link/'kin, as either a mixture of the two, a feeling of being both or something similar.

Otherkiyc specifically is when someone is "Voluntarily or involuntarily relating with the identification as something." Or ""Being hearted towards a named linktype or kintype, not the concept itself"".

An example can be seen with KFF. (this term is not a rebranding of KFF nor is it to include them in the community, but to name an experience that can be used in and out of the community.) KFF are one half of this experience, where they are on the kintype spectrum. They relate with the character as a kintype for fun but they are not kin and for the most part they only relate to it like it would be a kintype, not that it is.

Say someone is kinkiyc to a character.. that means that they relate with the character like that character is them but is only them in certain halves of their experience/life. This could include aesthetic, fun, coping or everyday. And lets say they're doing this for everyday life.

So those everyday intrinsic parts might include dressing up/cosplay, shifting, relationships, names, queerness, behavior etc. But like every other creature here, here is my reminder to you to not let it take over your life- because it's supposed to better you, not hurt or absorb you.

For the linktype spectrum, you would have people like me who aren't sure what term to use other than the proposed mixture of heart and link, 'blink. Coming from blood and link.

I have a Creeper linkiyc, so for me it is voluntary in parts of everyday life and referral. I would like to cosplay as myself one day, definitely could be a way to get rid of species dysphoria. And I feel like my relationships with people and stuff I do depends on it a lot. This creeper linkiyc was a genuine linktype until I finally could tell it was not and it was between- maybe even stronger now.

Anyway, that's one experience I thought needed a term.. I think I might focus more on this. There is a proper symbol I want to throw out there because it's just useful for me when it comes to adding to flags, profiles, art etc.

to be clear, these people are not clinical lycanthropes or endelic. they are very vocal about not being delusional. the language listed here is not language clinical lycanthropes and other PIPs use - and if you are a CL or PIP who uses this language, its best to stop otherwise you'll either get grouped in with them by others or they will find you and try to suck you in. there are many p-shifting cult survivors still in alterhuman communities today, who can attest to how dangerous they can be. p-shifting cults prey on vulnerable people, often minors, who are seeking a sense of belonging. there are past accounts of emotional, financial, sexual abuse, and more. p-shifting cults and groups are centered around grooming, and could not exist without it. p-shifting groups are especially dangerous to clinical lycanthropes and other delusional nonhumans.

what is the difference between PIPs/clinical lycanthropes and p-shifting? why is one okay but one isnt?

Wait, we have LOTS of those. We didn't know it was an uncommon experience. Our sub-system is filled with only copies of the traits of the host of the original system, and the system itself is also completely formed by snapshots, only one being intentional. thats not called a factive cause you cant introject yourself. by definition that word means the alter comes from the outside. thats just a fragment, so its is actually one alter having multiple fragments of themselves.

I have known systems who had parts split "introjects" of another alter into their own subsystem. I don't think there's a better term for this than introject or factive, even if the alter isn't technically introjected from an external source. These alters are not necessarily fragments either nor parts of the original alter that they're a copy of. Again, I've seen this. I believe it's a real phenomenon because I don't think the systems I know were lying or mistaken about their own experiences.

There is too much doubt as to whether or not Kosoul Chanthakoummane is actually guilty to go through with his execution next month!

He has maintained his innocence since 2006 and there are too many unanswered questions to say that he is definitely guilty. His execution cannot proceed.
