This is phenomenal! These young and beautiful women from Mexico are proud of their African roots. The dance is a peculiar expression of their love and respect for the culture they relate to. These women identified themselves as Black and even made the government include them as Afro-Mexicans in the national census in 2015!

This is what Black Pride means. Very inspiring!

Overview: Wheel Of Fortune

The world turns. The seasons change. Our lives reflect these cycles much more than we recognize in our very linear society. Things will continue to wax and wane but you cannot allow that you can’t control, get in the way of you sizing the things that you can. This card appears this month as a reminder that virtue is found not in your ability to control the world, but if your ability to react to it. The more to take responsibility and reflect upon your own actions, the more you will find that the unpredictable events thrown out by the universe, don’t trip you up as often or as bad. Over time you will see that bad times will shift into better times quicker if you don’t give up everytime the Wheel spins away from your benefit. The universe is unstable, change is the only true constant. Learn how to flex and flow with it, you will find stability in yourself.

Aries: Strength

At first glance, Strength sounds like a silly card to pull to advise you, Ram. The reality though, is that the Strength we are discussing is not about physical feats or being able to conquer. This is about inner strength and constitution. The woman in this card gently and gracefully holds the maw of a lion steady. The lion submits. There are no signs of struggle, no droplets of blood the lion is not in awe of her herculean feat but sees into her heart and ferocity. Let your mental and spiritual fortitude be your focus. Meditate on your actions, would more or less self-control benefit you? You’ll never know if you never try.

Taurus: 5 Of Wands

Conflict is not unknown to you Taurus. You are very single-minded and determined in your pursuits you will remove obstacles at whatever cost. This card is asking you to slow your charge a little bit and take a look at the conflict from afar. It seems that this may be an argument, largely, one of miscommunication. If you took a look around you’d realize there is a lot of yelling about the same things. Don’t let the stubborn pursuit of your goals fail you, many people are similar minded. If the end goal is the same then perhaps the path doesn’t have to go in the direction you think it should, someone may know a different route or shortcut. Be wise about your conflicts, pay attention to where they stem from. Make sure that you aren’t arguing just to be right, there is room for dialogue in most situations, try that route first.

Gemini: 6 Of Rings

Prosperity has just been in season for you since the weather warmed up! Not by divine mandate or happenstance but because of your own footwork. Just remember that the light you are standing in isn’t reachable to many. Prosperity and wealth are made by hard work but kept by helping to raise everyone up. Cancer: The Devil

The Devil appears to us most often when we are at our weakest, we all know that dangerous things are more tempting when we are at our lowest. However, it is important to note that this card also has another important lesson, the ties that currently bind you, are self-made. That is the least harsh way of me being able to tell you, that many of the issues that seem to plague you lately are largely of your own actions or inaction. This card depicts the beast himself with two people chained at his feet, they can leave whenever they like, and yet they don’t.  What has truly been enslaved is your mind. Once you put it towards solving your struggles rather than accepting defeat you will find that even the Devil himself is far less scary than you initially thought. Seize your season Crab and embrace your strengths, admit you have value, step out of the cave and on to the beach. We’re all hoping you’ll be back in the sand and sea as soon as possible.

Leo: Page Of Swords

Your season approaches and you can feel it in the air. The Page Of Swords is one of the few cards in this suit that isn’t here to warn you. Sagittarius: 4 Of Cups

Sometimes, Archer, you have a propensity to sulk when things don’t pan out exactly the way you want to. The rut that you are stuck in is a result of your own tunnel vision and self-absorption. Spiritual Connections.

What does it mean when two people complete eachother spiritually?

Well it may differ from what they spiritually are and maybe even mean to eachoter, there are many ways two or more souls can spiritually be connected and fullfilling eachoter.

There can be created a bond between two people even after their souls were born and they have deliberately chosen to do it even.

I made a list of the most known spiritual or spirit connections one or more can have with. Remember that these kinds of bonds can happen between humans, between a human and any kind of spirit or deity, and so forth. Hope you enjoy!

Soulmates:

1. Platonic Soulmate: Platonic soulmates are the most simple type of connection that two soul scan have. You can share with a platonic soulmate more than one life or even every life or just one, still tho, they will bet he best of friends and with them you may expect awesome aventures together! Sometimes people confuse a platonic soulmate with a romantic soulmate.

2. Past Life Soulmate: A past life soulmate is usually also part of our soul family. We have met them in another life and almost instantly recognize that. They usually come to us to remind us about something that you forgot about your own soul and they also bring information (usually about the past lifes you shared) to deepen your spirituality.

3. Karmic Soulmates: Karmic soulmates are usually coming to you to resolve unsettled buisness between you two or because there is an unlearned lesson, and for you to continue your path and become stronger and resolve the karmic imbalance, they present to you conflicts and challenges.

4. Healing/Teacher Soulmate: Healing soulmates usually come to us after a karmic relationship ends. Or after a difficoult period in your life. They can come in the form of a friend, a parent, a teacher, a lover, or even a stranger. They offer you comfort and help you back on your path. Healing soulmates are usually temporary as they mostly exist in our lives for a specific issues, however, some healing soulmates may stay for a longer period of time.

5. New Soulmate: Not all soulmates you meet will be someone that you knew from a past life and so is the new soulmate, someone we never had contact with and wasn’t originally part of your Soul Contract. Usually they come to you when you have completed all your karmic trials, when an important part of your journey is going to manifest, or when (for whatever reason) you reject your romantic soulmate or twinflame partner.

6. Romantic Soulmate:  Your romantic soulmate is the person that your higher self decided to unite with. Of course, you can always stray from your soul contract but most people choose not to. The romantic soulmate will give you very much much joy, happiness, emotional dept and love. They’re the person you’re likely to marry and will help to move you along your path with an open heart. When we unite with a companion soulmate, we experience unconditional love and bliss. Every relationship will still have it’s problems but you’ll be able to work through these things in harmony. The romantic soulmate may be a new soulmate or someone you’ve already had connection with in other lifes. You can have more than one romantic soulmate.

Twin Flame:

A Twin flame relationship happens (to make it short) when a single soul/conciousness splits itself in one or more smaller individual parts and they find eachother. Not everyone has a twin flame in this lifetime or a twin flame at all. It’s still possible to be whole without your twin flame but, when you two come together, it creates something incredibly powerful. 

Soul Family: 

Members of a Soul Family all come from the same branch of conciousness and have similar paths and missions and their souls have been created at the same time, in the same dimention or planet. They have similar beliefs, interests, vibrational energies and soul missions as you do. Some soul family groups can 10 people in it or 10.000, it really depends.

Spirit Spouse/Lover: 

A spirit spouse is a spirit (usually deities, gods and godesses, altho it can range from faeries to ghosts to angles or demons etc.) who courts you and later on marries you or creates a marital-like bond with you. A relationship with a spiritual spouse can range from only a flirtatious relationship to only a sexual relationship to a loving relationship or loving marriage. A spirit spouse can be a soulmate (mostly romantic) who has not incarnated with you and decided to stay at your side on the spiritual plane. An important thing to remember is that spirit spouse relationship is not any different from how humans have a relationship. You can have more than one spiritual spouse (if, of course, your first spirit spouse agrees).

Flower Full Moon

Tonight, we will be blessed with the magic of the Flower Full Moon.

The Flower Full Moon represents a phase of blooming and growth. It is a time where abundance is in full and the energy that guides you, is powerful. This energy, is warm, soft and thoughtful. This moon, sweet, like flowers in the spring time. It symbolises a change in the seasons and welcomes happiness and new perspectives.

Turn an Unused Corner into a Meditation Station

It’s almost a year since I started on my witch journey. A few books and stones has turned into a lifetstyle, altars, and overflowing shelves in my room.

My sacred items were starting to mingle with my daily stuff and I could tell the energy mesh wasn’t good. Also, my expanding mind needed room to breath.

We have a spare bedroom that the roommates and I use for storage of random things like the air conditioner, vacuum, and boxes. Seeing as how my roommates never asked me and my husband about furnishing or decorating the common rooms, I took over a corner of this room as my own. They fear me, so I doubt I’ll have any qualms about it.

This was what I had already; a big cushion, salt lamp, fluffy stuff

Upgrades included; bookcase, floor lamp, coffee table, work lamp, woven rugs, fake grass, and fluffy rug. All from Ikea, cost was a little over $100.

Bottom shelf of the bookcase has my books, compendiums, tarot and oracle decks. Upper shelves hold my Hermes altar and Aphrodite altar. Top holds candles, incense, dirt from Bongathon, my cleansing jars, himalayan salt lamp, river stones from a different Bongathon

The coffee table is my work station for divination, setting up crystal grids, writing, crafting, or studying. The new home for my stones!

And under the coffee table is all my Moon Water

I’ll slowly add more art to the wall and will probably need another bookshelf soon! My bedroom now has a bunch of shelf space for my cosmetics and craft supplies. My personal space in my bedroom is the finance and prosperity quadrant when it comes to Feng Shui, so energy improvements are happening everywhere!

strawberry luck spell

strawberries are well known in magick to bring about good fortune and favourable circumstances. this is a simple spell to call the energy of the strawberry and bring you luck and perhaps help improve the outcome of a situation. best done during a waxing moon. you will need:

♥  a large ripe strawberry (luck, fortune, favor)

♥  a pinch of sugar (getting what you wish for)

♥ a green candle (good luck and fortune)

light the green candle and hold the strawberry in your hand. pluck the leaf from the top and wave it over the flame (so as not to burn it), then place it in front of the candle to rest.

as you hold the strawberry, think about the issue at hand and what you’d like the outcome to be. meditate on that until you feel as though the strawberry has been adequately charged.

sprinkle a bit of sugar onto your tongue and then eat the strawberry. blow out the candle, and carry the strawberry leaf in your pocket to bring good luck with you.
