Can you feel your food digesting? And if yes, what food can you more clearly feel moving through those churning intestines of yours?

i hear it more than i feel it tbh, all the gurgles and rumbles rising up from my lower belly. sometimes i can feel the gurgles as they reverberate through my tummy but that’s about it.

the only time i can really feel my tummy digesting is if i’m really stuffed full or if something i ate upsets my stomach and it’s making my whole tummy churn angrily.

How's the tummy feeling?

Swollen and gurgly. I missed holding in a huge shit so for 3 days straight, I’ve made sure to drink or eat dairy until my tummy hurts at least once a day. My body hasn’t even tried to expel any waste today. My belly gets huge and pregnant looking after meals then angrily churns while it attempts to digest heavy fattening meals

I added fried catfish, fries, XL sweet tea, and chips earlier.

About to go get Wendy’s ~~

Throwing in some sugar free chocolate swelling process ♡

That chocolate did NOT fuck around. Gas rumbled around through my entire system and the bubbling was insane. I felt every little twitch and movement of my upset,swollen intestines.

I had three choco bars and underestimated their power. I had to try five times to get up from my bed and boy did my belly cramp everytime.

So I will 109% do it again and be ready with my phone to record the absolute diabolic grumbling and gurgling.

My stomach was being TORN APART by these sugar-free Reese's cups, and I only had 5!! I can't imagine what my stomach feels like if I had more LMAO Most of this audio is uncut!
