The Current Situation

Sa umagang kumukurap kurap ang langit, di mawari ang angkop na panahong umiiral, sumisibol ang pagdagsa ng samu't saring pag-asa na nagmumula sa mga nilalang na bumabagtas ng daang tinatahak. Mula sa aking kinauupuan, matatanaw mo ang hapak ng mga mukhang ultimo nahihirapan sa kanilang pinagdadaanan. Mayroong mga palinga palinga, umaasang maibabalik ang nawala sa kanyang mga palad. Mayroong mga kumakampay na akala mong pinagkaitan ng kaayusan ng pamumuhay at sinisikap na maitama ang mga maliang kahapon na lubos na pinagsisihan. Ang iba'y humuhugot ng lakas mula sa mga natutunan sa mga pinagdaanan na umaasang huwag nang mulit muli. Kaugnay ang pag-iisip kung ano ang maisasaing sa kalderong binibihisan ng maitim na dulot ng uling. Samu't saring pananalita kumukonekta sa aking pandinig na nililimi kung paano ko sila mababhaginan ng Salita ng Diyos. Nadudurog ang aking puso tuwing naalala ko na ako'y nakasakay sa isang sasakyang nagpapatuloy ang takbo na di magawang huminto sa pag-asang mahabol ang papaubos na oras ng bawat isa.

BUILDING A LASTING RELATIONSHIP

 Is it still real? Can we build a lasting Relationship? How is it possible?

I’ve made a poem about something that would open up your mind and this is how it goes.

 AS WE WAKE UP EVERY MORNING

MORE AND MORE CONTRACTS ARE ADJOURNING

BOTH PARTIES ARE REASONING

THAT THEIR RELATIONSHIPS AREN’T WORKING

 IS THAT A VALID REASON?

THAT THE MARRIAGE BE ABANDONED

WITHOUT THINKING THE CONSEQUENCE

DUE TO COUPLE’S NEGLIGENCE

 GOING BACK TO WHAT BOTH HATH PROMISED

THAT THEIR LOVE WOULDN’T BE VANISHED

IN SICKNESS, HEALTH, AND EVEN HAVING NO QUART

‘TIL DEATH AND DEBT DO THEY PART

 WHY IT’S SO EASY FOR SOME TO LEAVE EVERYTHING BEHIND

CUTTING DOWN THE BRIDGE OF LOVE WITHOUT USING ONES MIND

LOOKING AT THE THINGS BUT THEY ARE JUST LIKE BLIND

 “And this the most PAINFUL among all”

“LEAVING AND FORGETTING TO FIND ANOTHER KIND”

 The above last statement is totally prevalent not just in one place but to all humanity.

 My thoughts:

 I’ve just realized that marriage or perhaps relationships are being broken down because of wrong-structured foundation. Sometimes, couples from here and there --succinctly, all over the world can’t establish a foundation that would last. Many individuals formulated techniques, tips, books and even magazines to comply; nevertheless, they lack of something.

1.       They’ve given psychological background on how to understand each other’s differences.

2.       They’ve solved a mathematical equation to guarantee a solution.

3.       They’ve formulated a chemical bonding to prove the veracity of its physical properties.

 But, a big BUT -- they are lacking an important ingredient. They always try to build a long-lasting foundation through their own efforts; however, it is not about how you build the foundation. It is not about the right formulas and the right solutions. It is not about you and it is not about me. It is about someone Greater than us. IT IS ABOUT GOD.

 It is not about BUILDING THE RIGHT FOUNDATION.

IT IS ABOUT LETTING GOD BE THE FOUNDATION.

 In every relationship whether it is a pre-existing, an existing and post-existing one or a relationship that you are still praying for, YOU AND I should always let GOD be the FOUNDATION.

 To All the Youth out there, IF YOU WANT TO BUILD A LONG-LASTING RELATIONSHIP

SEEK GOD FIRST AND HE WILL HELP YOU TO BUILD A STRONG AND RIGHT FOUNDATION.

 Psalm 127 (KJV)

 Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.

 I tried to confide this affectionate feeling

But I can’t help myself because I’m just a human being.

I have focused my attention a lot with my Studies

Knowing you’re around and within my own premise.

 Why it is so hard to forget everything about you?

It’s hard to be okay when I’m not, just because of you

And at this time, I don’t even know what to do

For this feeling of mine is genuine and true.

 When?

When will be the appropriate time?

That I’ll shout it to the world knowing that it won’t be a crime

I’ll wait and look forward for that very precious moment

Perhaps that will happen after I graduate as a Student.
