Apartment Decoration in Perm, Russia
Perm is a growing cultural hub in the far east of Russia. It is a cosmopolitan city with excellent rail and highway connections to Moscow and Kazan. In fact, it is home to the Trans-Siberian railway. This in itself is a plus.
The apartment in question is located in a modern residential complex called Motovilikhinsky. There is an ultra-modern Physical Culture and Health Center on the first level and stores on the remaining floors. With prices starting at a palatable $30 per square foot, this is an affordable housing option. Aside from the impressive interior design, the property boasts numerous amenities including a children's play area and a private medical center. Looking more visit https://uyutmaster-perm.ru/.
It was a tall order to achieve a functional and appealing design. In particular, the owner wanted an apartment with European flair, but not a garishly decorated facade. As such, a nifty trick of the trade was employed to ensure the occupants' comfort and satisfaction. While the building is new, some of the furnishings were sourced from local vendors. To keep the cost under control, the designers relied on the most popular building materials like concrete, brick, and timber. These were then spruced up with a touch of built-in fabric.
Amongst the several interior designers, one stood out. Artemy Saranin was responsible for the apartment's most elegant touches. The best part is, she took pride in her work. She is also a fan of incorporating the best of her Southern roots into the interior. Not to mention, she's not afraid of a little color coordination. For instance, the bathroom's shower and toilet are made from natural marble.
One of the most enticing aspects of the Perm property is the sweeping vista of the city. The apartment's large windows give the impression that you are surrounded by nature, yet you are conveniently close to the action in the heart of the city. Combined with the quality of the construction and the aforementioned features, this makes for a truly gratifying stay. That said, the aforementioned occupants aren't the only ones who will appreciate the quality of the space. And as a bonus, the city itself is a great place to explore. On top of that, it's an easy drive to the capital city of Kazan and a few hours to Moscow.
