it is still so funny to me that holiday star is framed as “the king is innocent and was betrayed by hitori uwu he is just a lonely sad little guy uwu” and then you read damu’s doujinshi and its like “kazuaki finds out about nageki’s death and uses it to manipulate hitori into staying with him by threatening suicide and THEN hitori decides to kill him” 

granted damu’s doujinshi is not necessarily canon BUT it does make me wonder how holiday star would look if it was from another character’s perspective

who straight up kills a teacher with u in his route and then You Just Leave Like Its Normal ---

all of this is a c plot at fucking best. he isnt even enough of a main character to have gone on the holidaystar and they brought miru and fucking kaku.
