paladins + headcanons for the way they sleep at night?

shiro. 

sleeps almost always on his back 

is entirely still during his sleep, though sometimes mumbles little things under his breath 

that is until he has night terrors because I’m awful and yes he has nightmares 

sometimes he’ll call out names or wake up in the middle of the night in a sweat because he has dreams that feel so real 

it takes a bit but he soon calms down enough to go back to sleep 

after that tho he’s pretty tossy and turny, and the rest of the night is going to surely lead to broken sleep.

the kind of guy that spreads ALL OUT COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY OUT 

drolls literally a fuck-ton 

one of those messy sleepers where his hair ends up in many different directions by the time he’s awake 

he’s also not a light sleeper at all 

the ship could blow up and he’d wake up like “w hat happened” 

literally he didn’t hear shit 

hunk. 

I feel like he’s one of those pinwheel sleepers??? one of those ones who ends up in 75 different variant positions throughout the night 

but will eventually settle in one space and finally fall asleep 

drools and snores in his sleep but its so cute bc he’s a big marshmallow 

wakes up in the middle of the night sometimes cause of nightmares, gets up for a midnight snack and then goes back to bed 

I feel like he’s -- to literally everyone’s surprise -- and early riser and enjoys waking up early as long as he has enough sleep the night before

this baby also has lots of bed head

literally no one else compares 

is probably the one who gets the least amount of sleep next to shiro. shiro can at least go to sleep, but it takes keith a millennia 

when he does go to sleep there’s probably a lot of nightmares too 

like of him losing the team or sudden death are like biggest fears for him 

he loses a lot of sleep out of fear of falling back to sleep and seeing all of it again 

onto softer things he softly snores in his sleep and its legit the cutest thing 

pidge.

what is sleep she runs off of caffeine 

literally I think pidge is a nightowl for sure. she is most productive at night, therefore she’s working on her computer for hours on end and then she looks down at the time and is like holy fuck its 4am

panics a bit but goes to sleep curled in a ball trying to at least get a little bit so she’s conscious for tomorrows activities 

counts sheep before she sleeps bc of course she would 

gotta busy her mind even before she puts it to rest
